The warmer is great, but challenging to put together. The unit comes fitted for pizza but we needed it for pretzels so we had to take out the pizza assembly and build the pretzel assembly. We were missing half of the screws, so that took a trip to the hardware store. For the price, it doesn't feel particularly solid, but we shall see.
