Started noticing interior of the cabinet building ice frost near the door. Found several joints near the cabinet doors not sealed properly/adequately, and leaking air into the cabinet. I called manufacturer for warrenty repair but all three authorized warranty service companies in my area refused warranty service. So I called back the manufacturer but they never returned my phone calls. Now it has tapes all over the joints to cover the leak. Paid a lot for the machine and it's leaking air and not getting warrenty service.

We have two of these units. One of them is a bit more than a year old, the other about a month as of this review. So far, after a bit of work on the front end, they have both been solid units. They "Just Work (tm)" - no drama. When we first received them, the doors were improperly sealed on the first unit, and on the second unit it was as if it was rushed out of the factory - BIG air gaps between the doors and cabinet. On the first one we received, we readjusted the center mullion and resealed it with GE silicon II caulk, taking care to ensure a smooth surface so the doors would close flushly and repeatably.
