We bought this toaster for our Cafe. Bad decision...This is the slowest toaster I have ever seen... It takes forever to toast even on the highest setting. We replaced my home (SMEG) toaster fot this one..and has since switched it back. . Our customers complain about how long it takes to toast.

This product worked fairly well for about a year, then the right side completely stopped working. Of course it is just out of its warranty period which is unfortunate. I expected more out of an expensive toaster!

A month and a half after I purchased this toaster the right side stooped popping the bread out when done. I burned a lot of toasts. Very disappointing....

This toaster gets used multiple times daily and it always performs well. The openings are wide enough for toast and bagels and you have the option for up to four slices at a time. Highly recommended.

Beefy toaster. When i purchased it i thought it was just a commercial one so it was probably just a little higher quality. I underestimated how good it would be. This thing is an absolute beast. I doubt it will ever die.

This is a really decent toaster. It's noting special really, but it's well made, and operates flawlessly after much consistent use over 16 months. We would purchase again.

This toaster is still working after regular use for 2 years, so it has that going for it. I will say that the handles both broke within 6 months and should be much more durable. The cleanout trays get full easily and tend to stick and make a mess when you remove them. Definitely could use some design improvement. Overall ok
