What I can say about this machine? Well she LOVES it. It makes cooking/baking a so much easier and faster. My wife makes a homemade pizza for the family every Saturday. She used to spend I would say at least 25-30mins mixing and kneading the dough. Now she just adds the ingredients into the bowl and turns it on. It does everything within a couple minutes. She does still do a small amount of kneading after it's completed by the machine, but it saves so much time!

I feel the need to review this item. Because it will help other shop owners to not have the same problem like me. The product was ok. But it has huge problem that is soooo annoying and it limits the ability of this product a lot. So compare to kitchen aid, this mixer has a more slender bowl (longer and less wide). However, all the attachments when attaching to the machine, their placement are so deep down of the bowl, which lefts a huge gap between the highest point of the attachments to the rim of the bowl, so basically the machine cannot mix to its full capacity. Also distance between the beater and the bowl is way toooo far away, making it hard to whip anything like butter cream cheese or whip cream.
