This one is quite good. The experience we got is some noise when it is working before the temperature is stable. And now It got some rust after we have been using for a while.

We got this coffee urn for our office staff. We like that it won't burn the coffee even if it's on all day. Easy to clean and won't take a lot of counter space. Love our coffee urn, just enough for everybody.

Love this!!! talk about making a lot of coffee quickly! This baby puts it out. For catered events or a market booth this one will do the job. Just make sure the beans are good, this machine will do the rest!!!!!

My biggest caution with this urn is that the outside gets very hot and it is quite large so guests must be warned if they will be serving themselves.

You can only heat water in this thing. So if you want to do hot cocoa you have to dose cups and mix it yourself. Can't do any other liquid. Very disappointed.

Our coffee urns get a ton of use and they hold up great. We have been using Proctor Silex coffee urns for years and they make coffee pretty quickly and hold up against abuse, year after year.

We used this for church to make hot water and give people options of different things like tea, coffee, hot cocoa, it kept the water hot & it was enough for everyone.

This coffee urn puts out a ton of coffee quickly. It also tastes great, makes a great brew and doesn't burn or change the taste of the coffee over time.

I love this Urn, my brother got it a few months ago and he use it every day at work. I like it so much that I buy my own. This Urn is perfect.

We ordered this right before our fish dinner season. It got a workout then and now is used for every event as the main coffee maker. I wish it didn't drip so bad, but I've yet to find a coffee maker that doesn't drip some after pouring a cup of coffee.

I bought this coffee maker in December 2024 and it worked well for only 5 months, I'm here looking for a new one.

This unit worked well enough for my needs, however, the heating element just died and it only lasted just short of a year since its purchase date. I used this percolator daily for my business and only for heating hot water.

This is a good coffee urn for our needs, however the spout is not very durable and breaks after six months of use. It would be good if we could order a replacement spout, but it is not available at Webstaurant.

We love these percolators! We travel to festivals and serve coffee, and these have worked great. It only takes about an hour to brew a full pot, and it stays very hot for a long time, even if it is unplugged.

These are really simple to use and makes great coffee. just fill up top 80% with coffeee grounds and add water. It will come out almost perfect every time. I used these for a conference at a college

This coffee urn takes a while to fill up, but with a little planning, is worth it. It keeps the coffee hot and is very practical.

Wonderful product, produces HOT and Fresh coffee within 5 minutes. Extremely fast! Only downside would be that the electronic parts do not come off, making washing more difficult. I would recommend this product.

This Proctor Silex 45040 40 cup 1.6 gallon coffee urn has been exactly what we needed. There is no on/off switch or temperature dial. It is small and easy to dump out at the end of a shift. Has nice rubber feet to give it a little bit of ground clearance.

This coffee urn is super easy to use and will definitely serve most any events coffee needs! It’s huge but still easy to transport and clean afterwards.

These have been great so far for using daily for about a month. They are kept on from morning opening til evening close. It is a nice looking urn that also seems to be built fairly well at a really good price.

Holds coffee or other hot beverages at temperature for hours. It is very easy to use and brew coffee in. The lid fits on nice and doesn't seem like it would leak when transporting but we still set then urn in a bus tub just to be safe.

The coffee maker worked very well. The stainless steel look makes the coffee maker look very nice. The dispenser was the best part. It made is much easier and convenient for people to self serve their coffee. Looking forward to using it again.

Needed new urn's , this is not the best. The inside stains easily and the spout breaks fairly easy. They are shipped fast and packed well so no breakage. Not the best if you have to have them plugged in for 8 hours a day.

Love this percolator, However, it takes a few brews to get the hang of it. I use roughly 2 cups for the 30 mark depending on roasted coffee. I love it strong so 2 cups seems to be perfect for the 30 mark

This product far EXCEEDS our expectations! We had to replace an older coffee urn for our small college library reception area, that is accessed by college students, faculty, and staff. I wanted something sturdy and safe and was wary ordering this unit because I had just returned one (from a different vendor) because it was so flimsy and top-heavy. So I chatted online with webstaurant folks before ordering this Proctor Silex unit. While this Proctor Silex was a few dollars more than other similar models, I am so glad I spent the difference! This unit is solid, well-built, has a permanent electrical cord, has a spigot that rests almost 5" above the counter to allow larger mugs and travel tumblers, makes great coffee, sets sturdily on the counter and looks great! For something we will use daily for months to come, it was definitely worth spending a few extra bucks. Besides, shipping was free. I would definitely recommend! Much sturdier and secure-setting than other, taller, flimsier models.

Great product. It does what its suppose to do. The price is very hard to beat. Light weight. Easy set up. Had no problems yet.

Let's be honest about this: If you are brewing coffee in batches this large, you want a dependable brewer at the cheapest cost, since you will likely have four or five of them at your business. This PS 45100 was the right price, and has lasted longer with daily use than any other brand I've purchased.

We use this to keep apple cider warm by taking out the tube and coffee strainer. It heats up quickly and let's you know when it's up to temp. with the bright light on front. I would get it again.

I bought this pot for use at my daughter's wedding. I worked great. The coffee did not run out which was fantastic! And I found I could not beat the price. I shopped everywhere for a 100 cup maker and this was by far the best price. I have used it since for two other parties and it is wonderful!

We have several meetings in the church and we go through 2-3 pots of coffee in each meetings. This urn is an inexpensive way for us to meet the demands of all the coffee drinkers in our meetings. And everyone likes the coffee it makes. I love it!
