we use this product on a daily basis. Very sturdy and versatile. Holds up in dishwasher. Scraper isnt very sharp, but it cuts through pastry dough without any problems. Great value!

Must have for any pasta maker. Fits well in my knife kit and is easy to clean. The rounded handle fits well and feels good in the hand. I would recommend for anyone looking for a good scrapper.

I, as well as many other restaurant employees believe that a dough scraper is one of the most important tools in a kitchen. Used to chop dough, or even used to clean up counters. This product is essential.

This stainless steel dough scraper is great for it's intended purpose of cutting and scraping dough, as well as a wide variety of other kitchen tasks including cake decorating. I love that the entire thing is made of stainless steel for easy cleanup.

This scraper works well for smo0thing the sides of cakes. I prefer the way the others feel in my hand, but this one does the job. I like that it is flat on the ends so it can go right up against the cake on the turn-table and produces smooth, level sides.

This bench scraper is a bit dull along the edges, which for my application is great. Easy to clean, good grip, no rust, and it has worked will for cutting biscuits.

So handy. I use mine for bench scraping & cutting up dough. I spent more money previously on other fancier ones with nicer handles & now wish I had a bunch of this one instead, mostly because of how easy it is to clean.

It does exactly what it needs to do and does it well. Sturdy, but not heavy. Fits comfortably in your hand. Washes up easily in the dishwasher. I use it to cut dough, but I also use it to scrape up glazes or royal icing that sometimes dry rock-hard on my work surface---makes clean-up a breeze!

I have used this In my bread class for obviously bread cutting. I also used it to stipple the bread before baking it. It works perfectly for both.

Very good dough cutter and scraper. I would like it a bit more if it were slightly wider to cover more surface area. It has a nice stiffness to it.

A decent, basic dough cutter. This tool gets the job done, but I tend to favor our other dough cutter for two reasons: it is a bit wider than this cutter, and the handle is curved to one size (as opposed to being set in the center of the blade), which results in one side being flat. This allows me to use the other scraper for pressing down on blocks of dough, whereas the handle on this item gets in the way.

These scrapers work well for my use them for other than, I get my fingers hung sometimes while gripping it. I use this to smooth my cake icing with.

Takes a beating and is so easy to clean. Dropped, banged around, and barely even a scratch. Nowhere for food to get gummed up. I will need to pick up a few more for sure.

This is a must have for any pastry making or bread baking. I've had the plastic handle versions and they break. This handle is a solid piece of woods and looks like it will last for years to come. It has the perfect weight to it, the metal scraper doesn't bend.
