This is a great rolling pin. I like that it is not too heavy but still gets the job done. It is easy to clean

no splinters and just light weight and not too big i mean just amazing go to church after buying this and thank God you did

This dowel was used to roll pizza dough in a kids cooking camp. It did it's job perfect. It was easy to handle for the kids and easy to clean.

This is a great rolling pin for even rolling. Its very straight with even distribution of weight across the length of the pin. The ends are rounded for safety. Fantastic for my home use.

This is a review of the 12 inch Asian wooden dowel rolling pin. It's perfect for working with fondant if you just have small things to do such a small shapes to cut out. I opted for this because the price was amazing and I find that the plastic ones hurt my hands so I just wanted to try this out. I did have a concern about sticking because it is wood so I'm going to try rolling out this piece of fondant without any icing sugar or anything on it. Actually this is rolling it out with ease and minimal pressure and it doesn't hurt my hands, nor has the fondant stuck it the rolling pin. It's actually perfect for people with really small hands and fingers. It rolled it out perfectly with out sticking issues.

This is my preferred rolling pin when working with smaller amounts of dough. It rolls easily under your palms and the shape helps keep the dough evenly pressed. It's easy to maneuver and get it where you need it to be.

This was my first time ordering the twelve inch wooden Asian dowel rolling pin and the Webstaurant reputation continues to impress me. The rolling pin was exactly as described and I really appreciated the handle-free design for easier cleaning. I would highly recommend for the reasonable price too!!

My preference is personally the types like the 12" Wooden Asian / Dowel Rolling Pin , smaller and thinner and easier to maneuver, I like this one a lot!

These are a nice size for small jobs. They are easy for us to store in the classroom drawers in the lab.

we use these dowel rolling pins in our culinary class. we prefer these rolling pins over the ones with the handle because you get a more even pressure applied to what ever you are rolling

This dowel rolling pin feels extremely cheap and the wood is rough and splintery. One end of the unit I received was falling apart, and I would be nervous that I would end up with splinters in my food. Would not recommend

A solid purchase, especially for the price. Has a nice weight, and it perfectly round. The pin also has a good finish, smooth but rough enough to hold flour.

I really like having a smaller rolling pin available for quick projects. It's a great price, easy to store, and works well for many different uses.

I have 2 full size rolling pins one is all plastic and the other is Marble however i do like using this little wooden better than those other ones save time and is very easy to handle

For being so inexpensive, I'm impressed with the quality. It's very smooth, which is critical for rolling dough of any kind. Be aware though that it is a very small diameter.

If you've only used larger rolling pins then definitely give this one a shot. It is incredibly compact and is great for most baking, bread, and pasta making applications.

Awesome small dowel rolling pin to keep around for miscellaneous uses around the kitchen. We use it to add leverage to a spatula when making smash burgers on the flat top.

Love Webstaurantstore's products but this one is a complete flop. It's not round. Mine is more like oval than round, and thus 100% useless for what it's indended for.

These rolling pins were perfect for the pie class i taught. They were small enough for the students to use, but also very sturdy. They were lightweight as well

Perfect for rolling pie crust, cookies and everything else.. It's not heavy and that makes rolling the dough easier.. I hand wash it only as it's better

Used this dowel rolling pin to make cookies and it was great. The dough did not stick to the rolling pin and was very lightweight.

Useful tool for dumpling wrappers, wontons, and beating meat. Very nice light color and smooth finish. I use it along with a spatula to make smash burgers.

The large diameter of this rolling pin makes rolling out dough a lot easier and quicker. Because of the diameter, it doesn't make dents in the dough as you roll, but flattens it out very easily.

This rolling pin is super lightweight perfect for rolling thin rice doughs. Wouldn't recommend for bigger or thick dough . But things like wontons egg rolls or other paper thin items come out great!

This is a fairly thin rolling pin, but is good for rolling out pie dough. I like that it is level all the way across, it makes it much easier to roll out a consistant thickness.

Although a 12" pin is too small for most of our baked goods, we really like these for rolling some handmade pasta. The wood is of nice quality without splinters and has enough weight to it as well. It works perfectly for smaller items.

This wooden rolling pin is preferred by our decorator for rolling fondant. It is sleek in design and easily rolls, making it easy on the hands.

This dowel is great! Way better than a rolling pin in my opinion. So far I've used it to make some nice pasta, and its done a great job at all three. It has a nice length and heft so you can roll things out well without too much work. Highly recommended if you do any kind of baking that requires rolling things out.

Love this rolling pin! At this price, can I complain about anything? It's a little rough at the edges, but seemed solid and perfect for the job. Another great product from Webstaurant store!

I love this rolling pin. It’s small enough for my hands and gets the job done. I heard the dowels are best compared to the ones with handles and I agree.

I bought it to use for a type of flat bread which was going to be cooked on a grill. Quality wood to handle and use, Good result.

Love this rolling pin so much I got both sizes, first the 12" then I found out you also offer the 14". It is useful when you make flat bread.

Nice solid rolling pin prefer this way over the standard rolling pin that loves to lift your dough off of the counter and wrap around itself. I would recommend trying this old fashion rolling pin.

It’s a wooden dowel. What more can you say? Well, I will say that the grain of the wood is sufficiently fine and any pores are nice and small. It is sanded to what I would say is the perfect grit for rolling out dough.

This 14 inch rolling pin is a simple compact option for rolling dough. I love it because it is small and doesn't take up much space in the drawer.

Small rolling pin but effective. Nice for small jobs such as making small orders of cookies , rolls, biscuits, and breads. I let my baby cousin use this when she is over helping me out in the kitchen.
