Great for cooking

good choice, very convenient and sturdy

We've purchased a lot of these. It's annoying when the little wire thingy comes off and you can't hold then together with it. The wire things make packing them easier and also helps stop them from sliding into the chafing dish on a buffet. And as other reviews have stated the rivet at the pivot point will back out on a lot of these after significant use. I can get over the rivet, but the wire coming off is an issue for us.

Sustainable, sturdy and worth the investment it's a must have tool in the kitchen.

These tongs are very useful in the kitchen. I like the long length of the handles it makes pulling things out of the fryer easier.

These are GREAT tongs, they have some weight to them, so they stand up to a lot of typical kitchen abuse. Do yourself a favor and buy THESE for a little bit more than the cheaper ones. These are way better than the cheaper alternative.

We use the 12" heavy duty utility tongs for cooking hot dogs on our flat top grill inside our snack bar and also use it to cook on our propane grill outside. It's a strong well made product!

These tongs are great they really grip on to the food. they are very strong and flexible it works great. I would recommend this tongs.

Excellent made study, heavy duty, long enough to stay away from the heat of the BBQ grill, Hold a 16oz porterhouse or t-bone with ease.

These tongs are great for larger items or ones that need a little more support. I've also found that they help when you have to turn a lot of items in the saute pan without getting burnt--yay long handles! They're great for reaching down into a pot when a spoon isn't appropriate (like getting out a potato or piece of meat in a stew, etc.) These fit well in commercial kitchen drawers, but one would need to plan the space for a home kitchen.

Out of all the things I bought, this one was of the highest value as the quality is extremely sturdy and the price is a third of what the retailers were selling. I would without a doubt buy this again and recommend you buy it as tongs are extremely versatile for cooking pretty much anything besides soup.

You can never have enough of an essential tool in the kitchen. These tongs are no exception to that. Heavy duty, and affordable. I will be buying more.

It is very solid construction for such a cheap price. These tongs are way more sturdy than the thing you'd buy from Walmart or safeway.

These stainless steel tongs are very sturdy and made of good quality materials. They are easy to clean and have held up well to multiple uses.

Sadly these didn't come in on time to get to really test them out yet, but I will say, they came packaged very well and I love that they have the loop to keep them closed. A lot of them don't these days and that makes them very hard to store.

These heavy duty tongs are a great value. The cups as well as the grips are well built and stood up to some significant grilling abuse! Like the 10" pair the locking mechanism can get stuck but a quick jostle dislodges it and allows the tongs to lock as intended.

This is an excellent product, especially for the very low price. They are a good length, and they aren’t too strong to squeeze and pinch.

Mr Crabs uses them why not me? You simply cannot pick these up without clicking them together a few times. I don't know why, it's fun maybe. Seriously though, these are great. I don't know how they are so inexpensive though. The quality is amazing, I've had the same 4 pairs for over 4 years now and they are still great.

The heavy duty tongs are much better than the standard tongs. They have a good weight to them and feel great in your hand.when you're using them.

Use this 12 inch stainless tong for flippinf items on grill. This one is little on the flimsy side, but because of its price, I bought enough for my kitchen staff to have one each. They use it well, no complaints.

Very heavy duty tongs that grip even the smallest thing. The only drawback is that the tongs are closed on the inside of the arms and food can collect inside the tongs.

Needed to purchase tongs to help a client with a buffet line. These were very affordable and got the job done. These are listed as heavy duty but I would probably prefer a more study pair if I planned on using them several times. They gave me no issues but seem a little flimsy.

These are really nice heavy duty tongs. I use the for the grill when camping. They are great for cooking on the grill and picking up thing like corn on the cob. They are great item to have .

The 12" utility tong is really heavy duty and is super nice for commercial restaurants. The scalloped edge makes it super easy to pick up products.
