    Works great, the holes are neat and clean (no burrs). I use these pans to make bars, and the perforations allow bottom to vent and prevent a soggy bottom. I also use one of these pans over a solid pan when I want to spread something in a thin layer to drain (excess juice from frozen blueberries, for example). Great price, would buy again.

    This is definitely the budget item. They would work ok, but the items shipped to me were not what was pictured on the website. The pans I received had far less holes in them. They will give me a soft soggy crust instead of a nice crisp even crust

    Never had a perforated sheet pan before -I have been missing out! First, just love how everything cooks....so evenly it's amazing. Second the clean-up is a breeze even without a pan liner....and Third, they are so lightweight. Love it Love it! I am never buying sheet pans in department stores anymore-they burn-get crusted on food and have to discard...simply a waste of money. I'm buying only from Webstaurantstore.com!

    I really like these pans. I bought them to bake crispy rolled sugar cookies. They do this perfectly. One thing I love is the corners are nice and tightly formed, so baking sheets lay flat and cookies bake flat instead of with a curve.

    I purchased this perforated half sheet pan for baking my bread items. The holes in the bottom of the pan help for heat circulation to get a great crust on you breads. Would be good for cookies as well.

    This perforated pan is great for baking bread and rolls. Browns them nicely all around.

    Im gonna put only four stars because when i receive the tips of the cooling rack make marks in this sheet pan, but i think this is a very helpful tool.

    This it a fantastic pan. We purchased more than one!! Even with parchment paper, to avoid sticking, this pan bakes bread extremely well. We bake loaves on it and the crust is always even and crisp!

    If you are thinking about buying an expensive air-bake sheet stop. These have replaced my sheets and couldn't be an happier. I recommend using the sheet liners.

    These pans are just as study as the non-perforated ones of the same size 19, (18' x 13"). I have used these for baking frozen french fries and the results were great!

    I have used several sizes of this pan. I love what I am getting for the price - it's a solid get-r-done product - it does scratch a little easily; it seems that even my classic yellow and green kitchen sponge can leave fine marks on the pan from scrubbing if i'm not careful. This pan is designed to crisp up food and you don't need to use parchment paper because the perforated bottom helps food lift off.. My favorite thing about them is that they don't warp/bend in the oven when it gets hot like some of the cheaper store bought pans do. They won't stay pretty and clean for long, but I know they'll get the job done.

    would be five stars if not for the stickers in the middle of the pan. Works great for baking when you want the bottom of your items to cook crisp, like a good loaf of bread.

    This is a good pan to bake tarts, it ensures even baking. Place a regular sheet pan under. The only thing is the perforated part of the pan is a bit small.

    This is partially my fault for ordering, I did not know the pan has small holes on the bottom. We easily fixed this by using wax paper but would have preferred no holes. Good quality however and perfect size!

    Excellent pan at a great price. I have been using them mainly to bake cookies and croissants but they work exceptionally well also to bake large sheets of puff pastry. When making mille-fauille I use on pan to lay the pastry on and another on top of the pastry to prevent if from puffing. The perforation allows proper air circulation resulting in a nice flaky pastry.

    This is such an unexpectedly great pan. I have been baking for years and was unsure of the perforated aspect, but it creates such well baked bagels and cookies. The circulation is perfect for the goods I bake. Great pan!

    This baker's pan really does make bakes products come out better. Lined with a sheet of parchment paper, you can cook everything from macaroons to puff pastries. The bottom comes out nice and browned instead of undercooked like a solid pan may cook.

    Good pan! The half sheet pan size parchment paper sheets sold here fit perfectly. Washes in dishwasher (home, not commercial dishwasher) without problems, no rust so far. I use this to bake cookies, bread, rolls, etc.

    This perforated pan works really well when reheating left over pizza. It makes the bottom crispy. It also works well if you are making pizzas from scratch and want the bottom crispy. There are a few minor cosmetic scratches. I have had this pan for 1.5 years and there is no rust. I love using these pans with bread as well.

    I ordered these by accident however they have come to good use. These have small holes on them. I place these on top of regular bun pans and have baked chicken. I like how fat drains down away from chicken while baking. Also have used to drain fried foods. I sometimes turn upside down and have used as extra cooling racks when baking. As you see I turned my accidental purchase into a useful one. Recommend drying them well after washing. With so many little holes I would hate to see these rust because they didn't dry properly. Has not happened to me but am just cautious.

    Heavy, sturdy, don't warp or droop, fairly priced, and stand up to a good scrubbing. These will have no problem lasting a lifetime - or two. What's not to like ?
