This item is not worth buying. It's similar to an easy bake oven sheet. Do not try to return. it cost to restock and print label. Stuck with something I can't use

The racks are great for quick air frying in a small convection oven. But, both sheet pans I received were both dented and scratched pretty bad. They still work, but for being new, not pleased.

This baking sheet / cooling rack combo is alright for the price but I've bought nicer ones from brick and mortar restaurant supply stores. It arrived with dents in the baking sheet from the feet of the cooling rack (which was sitting on top, along with some heavier items). Credit where credit is due: customer service responded quickly when I brought up the issue with them. That said, I probably wouldn't buy this again as the baking sheet seems pretty flimsy (haven't tested out the rack yet).

I wish we would have made this purchase years ago. These are FANTASTIC as they fit the full sheet pan perfectly. We can cool a whole sheet pan of cookies or other items and have them on our sheet pan on the bakers rack and out of the way until needed.

I use these for a meat broiling rig, baked good resting station, and any other job that comes along. I am not running them through the dishwasher, and they remain shiny and easy to clean. Both the pans and the racks are a good sturdy weight, and they store very easily.

This is my most versatile baking sheet - it's enough real estate to hold food for probably 3 - 4 people without becoming unwieldy. Perfect!

The construction is really nice and thick with the rolled rim covering the wire. They're better than any similarly priced consumer pans. They're also pretty sturdy and it'll take quite a bit of force to bend them by hand easily. The wire rack fits in the sheet pan perfectly with no virtually gap. When baking in the oven, I haven't any issues with warping.

I have been looking for a quality half size pan with a cooling rack that actually fits inside. A few others I had bought from other companies didn't allow the cooling rack to fit inside nicely, they were either slightly too big and the edges went over the rim of the sheet pan or they slid around inside. These are perfect. I use mine to cook bacon in the oven almost weekly. These pans with racks are awesome.

Great quality pan. Make sure you pay attention to the size you order though!

I use this on my food truck as a salt catcher when I salt pretzels. It fits perfect.

Best setup to raise for cooking baking in the oven

I really love this pan, it has become my go to for cooking all things in the oven. It cleans up super easily and very well with just water and dishwashing liquid - special tools or effort required. I have used a smidge of barkeepers friend to shine it up, but very rarely. Size works well for cooking chicken pieces or chops for a family of 4 with left overs.

Heavy duty, made Very well. This is one of my go to pans. Would highly recommend, would definitely buy again. Very easy to clean also.

These guys are a must have in every kitchen. It's the perfect size. I use it all the time to cook steaks in oven (to get airflow even at the bottom) before searing the steak in my flattop. I also use it to drip off excess fat from cooked bacon, chicken fries etc. The cooling rack is diswasher safe but the aluminum sheet is not... obviously. I found the aluminum sheet can easily pick up scratches but no big deal. Highly recommend this.

The rack is fine, but the pan is flimsy and arrived dented in at least six places, especially where the feet of the rack were when it was shipped. There was no padding or protection beyond a thin plastic bag. I got busy, didn't have time to open the package and examine the contents, and missed the return window, so I guess I'm stuck with it. I'm giving it three stars because I mostly ordered it for the rack, and the pan is still usable. It's just a real shame that my brand new item is already damaged because the seller didn't bother to pack it properly.

These sheets are very well made. My old cookie sheets would bend from the heat and ultimately ruin some cookie shapes, so I decided to try these sheets. I'm very pleased with them.

The gauge on this sheet pan is very heavy. It has not buckled on me in the oven like other thinner pans. The wire rack is also pretty heavy compared to others I've purchased in the past. I would recommend not running the racks through a dishwasher though as they will start to rust.

great for keeping pizzas right out of the oven so they dont get too soggy. Also good for holding while our cutter cut the pizza on the peels.

Great size! This pan is perfect for a few pork tenderloins or roasted veggies for a small group, and the value is almost impossible to beat.

I love using this set to make buttermilk chicken or sweet bacon! I also line the baking sheet with foil so clean up is a breeze. When you use the cooling rack inside the baking sheet, all the grease drips down to the baking sheet and stays off your food.

The tray and rack are super great to use when you have products that need to cool or drain. Very easy clean up. Cant get much better then this

Not just for restaurants! My wife requested I buy something like this for home use, and I went by reviews & star ratings to make my pick. Having worked FOH in fine and not-so-fine dining in her life but super familiar with the BOH as well, she lit up when we pulled this out of the box — apparently, the one I selected was "legit." We've used it many, many times since, and the thing's a tank. Five stars from my resident baker!

Another great buy, this item is not only good for baking but it really comes in handy when i'm grilling. I can stack ten slabs of ribs on this tray and cut down on the number of trips I would normally make to the kitchen. The cooling rack is great when I'm letting the meats rest and I can capture the drippings to make my BBQ sauce.

This set is amazing. I wish I had these all of my life. The cooling rack fits perfectly inside the pan, unlike my older ones which would sit on top of the pan. I use the pans multiple times a week, and even without lining them, food scrubs off relatively easy, and the pans still look nice and unstained after almost a year. I prefer these to the nonstick pans I used to purchase that would warp and turn black after about a year of use.

This is a heavy duty aluminum half size baking pan with cooling rack. Made in china. Sturdy, solid design. Able to stack very well. If you wash it with a scotch bite pad it will scratch the finish. Careful with the cooling rack, I have found a couple welding burs that are sharp and will cut you

The perfect combination for perfect bacon baking. This combination works well, the rack sits above the tray nicely and clean up is a breeze. Soak the rack upside down in the tray for a minute, then brush off.
