Good and is what i specta
Basic metal steam table pan - does the job, doesn't jam like many other pans. Durable but will dent if dropped.

Great pan but I didn't read the description and it's 1/4 the size of a hotel pan but it doesn't have the same width so it's not like 4 fit into a chafing dish.

These pans are exactly what I was looking for. I did not want the deep pans because the product we use at our yogurt shop needs to look full at all times. The 2 1/2 pans are perfect. Great to have multiple sizes depending on what you want to hold in them. I try to get compatible lids as well so I can hold food longer.

I love these 1/4 size pans. I use them in my full size warmer to keep the colors seperate when I dye yarns and rovings. I also use them at home for keeping fresh sliced veggies in the fridge and warming up 4 side dishes at a time in the warming pan and using my full size pan for the main entree when we have a crowd. Note I have separate warmers and pans for my dyed projects and cooking.

I use this to hold my buttercream in room temperature to spread on cinnamon rolls. It's a good size for it and since it is metal it makes the chill dissipate quicker and turn the frostings spreadable faster.
Perfect for my set up. I have set up a backyard prep station, and I use these in conjunction with a full size, 6 inch plastic pan with dividers. I fill up the full size with ice and water and it keeps the 1/4 size (and other configurations) ice cold! Combine it with a hind top lid, and you are in business! I will post pics soon...
