I use these perforated pans in conjunction with 6" deep full size spillage pans in a Kratky hydroponic system I set up right outside my kitchen. The perforated pan is used to hold grow media (such as coco coir) and seeds. See my images for the set-up. With this set up, the seeds do not have to germinate in separate small seed pods. The grow media is always kept moist and saturated with nutrient. The plant can get everything it needs from germination to mature stage. I have successfully grown hard to get herbs such as amaranth and ocimum basilicum.

Great quality steam pans. We were worried these would not be durable but they are surprisingly heavy duty and definitely worth the purchase price. Will buy again.

These hotel pans are a great value! We use them from the oven to a warmer and it really cuts down on dishes as we don’t have to change the container.

VERY STURDY PAN! We use these to bake and also in our chafing dishes. They hold up extremely well to both extreme heat and extreme cold. Easy to clean.

These pans are great for big roasts like pork shoulder. There is a lot of room for roasted meats and veggies. They wash well and are lightweight.

these hotel pans are really great, not only as a storage container (which they work just fine, especially in conjunction with a matching lid), but i use them to cook in constantly and they're the best roasting/braising pans you'll use. they don't warp and you can cook very large quantities at one time.

These pans are always in my kitchen. Beyond holding food in a steam table they have so many other uses. From turning it into a smoker to a deep fryer and baking pan. These pans are great I recommend anyone to purchase a few.

This stainless steel hotel pan makes baking meats easy. The depth works great because when you use a cookie sheet and pull out of oven juices slosh around and dirty bottom.

These 2 1/2" pans are a great addition to use in Cater Gator. They are strong, and a great size for the smaller sides hot and cold in our catering business.

They hold so much food even though they are only 2 1/2" deep. They are great quality and were perfect for my needs! Catering will be so much easier now that I have these!

These pans are deep and are able to hold enough food to feed a large size crowd. There is no need to keep refilling them. They are strong and durable and i have no dents in them from the heat of the oven or from falling. You can also use them to freeze your food.

The Choice full sized standard weight anti-jam stainless steel steam four inch deep hotel pans are no joke. The strength and durability continue to impress me. I have seen them be dropped numerous time and left in the freezer for several months and still the pan looks as it did the day it arrived. I would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely love this hotel pan. It is versatile. It can not only be used as part of a chaffing set for a buffet but also as a great pan for lasagna or casserole for a large family like mine.

After using the same old "big pans" for a long time, we decided to try some new ones. These clean up much easier and the food does not stick at all.

Item works perfectly! Used it to catch the strained boiled tomatos from the 4" steam pan. Quality is top notch. Not too heavy at all.

After years of using (and reusing) aluminium foil pans, I finally bought these sturdy steam table pans. They do a great job. I was worried that they might get too hot to handle, but they were fine after an hour of baking at 400F. Easy to wash. Not very heavy. Stack well. Gladly recommended them to friends.

Exactly what we needed for our steam line. Durable, lightweight, and stacks easily without getting stuck.

Product is great but damaged in shipping. (Not enough to return, but the packaging/shipper was not good.)

Says they won't stick together but I just go them out to use and two of them will not come apart no matter how hard we try.

Pan seemed fine, but jammed severely after my first use. Despite lots of efforts, including hot, cold, prying, a rubber mallet, soap and watching videos with tips, I was never able to get it unjammed. Absolutely avoid this pan at all costs!

Pan worked out okay do wish it was stainless steel though. It does hold a lot of food, and it heats up okay.

But they are not anti jam, they do jam and need 4 hands to pull apart

These pans can handle a busy kitchen and all that goes along with that. Durable, fits easily in our one door dishwasher. Love them!

We used this in our under counter drawer to let air flow through better. The work great and are very easy to clean at the end of every day

I ordered these pans and lids to use for large family gatherings. When they arrived the pans and lids were damaged, the shipping box was damaged it was a total mess.
