Machine worked great....for 2 days. then shut down and has not worked since. cannot call the customer service line as there is no number on the website. have been waiting for a week for them to contact me. bottom line the machine is not worth the hassle. I plan on finding a better one

BEST investment ever. This cotton candy machine is easy to clean and assemble. Not incredibly heavy and has been a fabulous fundraising took for our non profit charity. So much so, I just purchased an additional machine.

We purchased this in 2019 for church events. Well of course with covid those didnt happen. We had used it 1 time last year. Opened it back up Tuesday and no power. Bought a fuse, still didnt work. I would not recommend this product at all.

I LOVE THIS MACHINE. This is the first time I've ever used a cotton candy machine. I bought this machine with unsure expectations. My concern was the maintenance and cleaning. After using it 3x so far, I was very surprised on how little maintenance and cleaning it involved. I didn't want to buy a machine that I had to take apart in pieces to clean and this machine is not the case. All you have to do is remove the large metal piece to clean and wipe down the inner part of the machine with a paper towel. Takes maybe 15 minutes, which is convenient for me. I run the large top piece under very hot water in my sink and the cotton candy melts right off, then I wash it down. No scrubbing or hard labor needed. This is an awesome maching from Carnival King. We've had one minor issue after a year, which is the rubber band that connects the motor to the spinner. It was in one of big trucks that rattles quite a bit and we think ti came off then. Otherwise, its a great machine and easy to clean and maintain.

I would like to thank Webrestaurant for their excellent cotton candy machine. We are satisfied and our customers too. We used it several times this summer and it is still in good condition.

My Carnival King got a bit beat up in shipping, including a broken piece on the head. But the WebstaurantStore immediately shipped me a replacement head to get me ready for our first concession night! No questions asked! Most places would just tell you to contact FedEx or UPS. The bowl also took some abuse during shipment, but the small dents it has don’t affect the function at all.

Has continued to hold up well. We use this every single day for about 10-20 bags and have yet ot have any issues with the cotton candy quality

The first time I used the machine it worked GREAT! Just like the ad said, 2 cones a minute. Now the 2nd time I used it, it takes 5 minutes to make one small cone. I have tried to clean it. I have asked the company several times if I can remove the spinner head to clean it, but with the only response was look on page 3 of your manual. Can anyone offer any advice to me. I loved my machine the 1st time, but now I can't use it.

Cheap made machine. I used it two hours a week for maybe 4 month's then the control switch quit working.

This machine is such a money maker and so easy to use. Instructions are very easy to understand. The metal bowl cleans up easily with hot water.

This machine does not work well and customer service is being more trouble than it’s worth - email after email with questions. Not helpful. On the 2nd use, hard a terrible and embarrassing event when the floss was spinning out like yarn. The machine head was perfectly clean. Definitely not buying anymore Carnival Kings.

We ordered this machine after much debate. The reviews about burning sugar really steered me away from it. But upon waiting and waiting for the one we wanted to come back in stock we reached the end of the road and had to order this one. We needed it for a a small event. They thankfully reschedule last minute. this machine just burns sugar! Upon receiving the item we noticed there was already burnt sugar on the head. We removed the top and cleaned it just as the video recommends. There was already burnt sugar in two of the screw holes, making it really hard to get the top off. We cleaned it the best we could and took it for a test run.... 7 cones later a ton more burnt sugar in the screw holes. I'm really disappointed in this machine. I'm not even sure I can use it confidently for my business.

This machine arrived on time but was so disappointed because my daughter is really looking forward to having cotton candy for her birthday but this won't turn on, new from the box. My children are so disappointed and so do I. It ruined my child's birthday celebration.

This is a very nice machine that produces rapidly. However, it is very cumbersome when it comes to cleaning since it recommend you turn the machine off every hour for 15 to 20 minutes. It recommend that you clean the flosshead every time which is a bit of a chore since you are supposed to take the machine apart. However, it does make beautiful candy floss! Love this Cotton Candy Machine. Used it During our annual trick or treat on the square in town. Loved the smile on the kids faces as they watched their favorite flavor be made. We highly recommend this product. Perfect price too.

This machine was okay. I've had others and this one was not as good honestly. It burns the cotton candy easily. Even though it has the gauge to shoe you the heat there is now at to control the heat. And it just gets too hot. Get the one on the cart! It doesnt show you the heat. but it is much better than this one.

I started my cotton machine shopping about 2 weeks ago. I shopped several on line sites and found prices ranging from $40 to $2,000. I decided to buy the CCM28. I liked the concept of the large bowl. Many of the listing had the word "commercial" in it. My vision of commercial is something you see at a fair or carnival. Massive amounts of candy forming around the bowl. Not sure what has happened in the past 6 months, but there is definitely a supply chain issue! We have been using these machines for years with relatively no issues; however, in the past 6 months every single machine we have ordered has had either the power or heat switch go out. We have been buying switches and replacing them with some success. Sometimes the switch works well and other times it will smoke or spark and the whole machine has to be thrown out. Super frustrating especially when our business relies on these products!
