Purchased this for my business and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Adults and kids alike rave about the fresh, light cotton candy. Word of advice, purchase the dome or you’ll have cotton candy all in your hair. Kids like to watch and when pouring floss sugar without the dome it’ll get in their eyes.

We have purchased 2 of these over the last 3 years and both have broken within a few months of use. The bubble is extremely sensitive (one drop and its cracked). The machine dirties very quickly, despite us cleaning it out after each use. We work about 3 events a week and this machine cannot keep up. The wheels and handle have fallen apart on each machine. Unfortunately, the warranty is only good for 6 months and we have to keep buying new machines. The first machine we had even had the heat and motor buttons break within the first year. Do yourself (and business) a favor and go for a more expensive machine, it will last you longer in the long run.

Great product! Even better customer service staff. I received one with a damaged heating element and contacted customer service as soon as I realized this. The company sent an overnight package with a fully functional machine immediately. I not only recommend the product but also webstaurantstore.com! This product was rocking for 8 hours straight for two days in a row pumping out several hundred cotton candy cones. It's durable and reliable.

We love it use it for rentals and it’s very popular looking into our second one now to grow the business. Will most definitely go for the one with the cover next time.

I absolutely love this cotton candy machine! My only complaint is the Instructions were not as clear as they needed to be to put it together. The packages of screws were labeled A and B but the instruction booklet did not tell you where screws to use screws from pack A or pack B with the washers etc. It also does not label the individual items, such as the legs or bars with a tag, so that you know which piece they are talking about in the instructions. You have to figure it out based on your assumption. It did not make it clear which screw to use on what areas. Thankfully I had enough common sense to figure it out. This is the second unit we purchased about 2 years ago. It’s been working great so far even with use multiple times a week. The machine is easy to clean and the wheels allows for easy transporting or moving within the facility. The price point was the biggest selling point for us.

the product arrived with no front or back legs, the company gave me the run around for 3 weeks, would not recommend. Called 3 times to get the missing pieces, still have not received them. the directions suck as well.

Very easy to use, so happy it came with the plastic grate and clips. Without those i don't think this product would work nearly as well.

The chart was made with cheap parts the bars literally separated from the screw and i paid a professional to put it together I took it to a local shop that deals with machines like this and no way should I be seeing those black squares where the support bars were held together with the inter screws the metal is cheap look at how it buckle in the photos the entire cart folded in after while in use the handles was wobbly I bought a carnival king from Walmart and it held up way better then this

Absolutely worth every penny for this sweet thing. We use this for our Farm's events and parties. All the kids love the cart, easy to work with, took me a few attempts to assemble because the manual is a joke that comes with it. You have to ready through different pages and trying to flip through it with a magnifying glass to read instructions for assembly. Easy to clean and break down. Boy it is whip out the cotton candy in no time.

The Carnival King gotten candy machine is great for any event.We purchased one for our church gatherings, the kids love it. Its easy to move around and store.Perfect every time.

Solid machine, easy to use.

This is not a commercial machine. We used it maybe 5 times in less than a year and the motor is done. We had to but new motor and try to salvage it. It’s probably solid for like a home party or two, but honestly you’re better off getting the cheaper ones if that’s all you’re using it for.

Great machine that makes cotton candy making a breeze for anyone. The Mobile cart is a must for ease of maneuvering and transport. The sugar scoop and stabilizer net and clips are included with purchase. Just add floss and your are ready for cotton candy making.

This machine is absolutely wonderful. we own this one and the table top one. the table top one Is more convenient with traveling and going place to place to use, but this one is perfect tp use for all our events and such on location! the cart is nice and sturdy. and the wheels make it very convenient

We have had 4 of these machines and we always buy this same one because it is reliable, easy to use, and puts out cotton candy at a good speed. The cart can be a pain to put together but, that's expected with most items you have to assemble. Just best to have 2 people when putting the cart together

This cotton candy machine is great! Once it gets going it can keep going for quite a while. Haven't had any issues where i have to shut it off during use at all. The cotton candy flows right out onto the cone easy peasy. Took a few tries to get use to it, and to see it doesnt stick to the sides of the machine but just comes straight out. Makes nice cones. Have done a few charity events with it and cotton candy is always a huge hit so im glad i got such a great machine!

I do not recommend this product. The first one I purchased only made 5 bags of cotton candy and it broke. The head melted. The only thing that saved me was I took a video of my husband trying to fix it and it showed the melted parts. The company sent me a new machine. It gets olhot easily and I can't do very many bags at a time before having to let it cool.

I never regret buying this,the kids goes crazy for cotton candy. A good business when it comes to kids.Good for every occasion with kids. Great buy

Our customers love this product. We have rented this product so many times. It's very easy to use, and simply designed. Cleaning can be tricky, but we have learned to let it spin all the sugar out, then clean it with hot water and soap. We love this machine!
