Easy to put together although the large wheels do not turn very easily, but we're able to manage. The first time we used this machine (in an office setting) we were 7 packages in when the kettle stopped getting hot. It worked great up until this point. I got online with Webstaurant's customer service and in just a few minutes they said they will be shipping a new kettle out as a replacement. Hopefully that will do the trick! Great customer service, so far. Thank you

I 100 percent approve of this popcorn machine!! For festivals I usually make 2 batches at a time. It stays warm and fresh. It's also perfect for event rentals! Easy to show customers how to use product

Great machine for it's size. I would say the only downfall is it doesn't pop very fast, and during an event, it's hard to keep up with the demand. We may have to up size soon. Otherwise, great machine.
