Just received this machine and I must say its pretty sweet. I had purchased 2 other machines prior to this one and must say this is far better. Heavy duty steel frame which makes it sturdy. I love the light feature, just makes it stand out. Easy to operate and to clean. The drip tray actually comes out for easy cleaning. The grinding mech is inside the machine vs. being on the top, which I believe cuts down on the noise and overall makes the design more sleek looking. When I purchase another for my company I will most definitely go with this one.
