Carnival King Cotton Candy Floss Sugar is a great brand to buy. If you are a business, the price is right and will meet your bottom line. I've searched and searched for a good brand at the right price. I've bought several brands in the past ranging from cheap to very expensive.. I've had a problem with all of them for different reasons. This floss sugar I've used twice so far. It held up GREAT in the hot sticky humidity. I live in New York and this can be a common issue in the summer. The sugar sat out for hours. It didn't clump together and stayed in perfect condition. Pink vanilla is always a crowd pleaser. Prefer this brand over the others. Seems to create bigger cones vs. other sugars I've used.

Works well.. it is fluffy… No one liked it at all. Smells like coconut, tastes like coconut. We were hoping for actual vanilla flavoring. Very disappointed. My hands still smell like coconut. I do not know if something went wrong when it was packaged, or if this was on purpose. Toasted coconut to be exact. :(
