Pros. The deep fryer is pretty powerful. Cons. It’s pretty loud if don’t like noise. For me, I don’t mind. But what bothered me is that in the description it says stainless steel and it’s not. The only thing that’s stainless steel is the front cover and around the vent. I would love to return it so I can get an all stainless steel one instead but it’s too late. My employees installed it and used it. Another con is the height from the front from bottom to up is more then what the specs says. It’s funny I even spoke to customer service about that before ordering it. And she confirmed it, but it turned out it’s higher then what is says. Other then that everything is fine.

These are such great sires I can't say it enough the top design amazing so easy to clean and maintain and they heat up so fast and maintain their temperature this is one of the best buyers on the market I will always use can't believe

I will not buy any other fryer. it replaces a smaller one of the same type and is 11 years old and still working. My only complaint is the temp. knob is very hard to turn on and off. I might have to call for warranty service...we'll see. Other than that it works fine and open pot vs tubed is a no brainer. I had another one once with tubes and it always leaked...even after repaired it developed a new leak. Never again. Webstaurant store is a great place to buy with good prices and nice people. Some snags getting this one on time but Jimmy followed the shipment and kept in touch with me daily and it all went well. Thanks Jimmy!

I have two of this model, and a MJ45 and I love all of them, they heat up the oil fast, easy to clean that's the part I love the most. They all worth the money I spent for. will buy again

Very phowerful fryer but only lasts 1 year. i bought it in march and started using in october of 2024. already having issues with it randomly shutting off and flames shooting from the front. Dangerous so shut it down. warranty is only a year from purchase date not start use date. be ware.

Now that it's working it does the job well. Had issues with flames coming out the top exhaust. Customer service eventually resolved the issue but at my expense. Brand new unit for only the customer to pay for incorrect factory specs as they said. I would not buy this brand again.

Was a decent fryer, had troubles handling large loads at once and had to be replaced after 1 1/2 years
