this is one of my favorite knife at home and at restaurant. victorinox is a great brand, I always trust this brand because they are making high quality knifes. I really recommend this to anyone.

These are great little knives. Easily sharpened. The blade is very flexible and thin. Good all around knife that we abuse. Cheap enough to throw away after awhile!

This is a very practical, easy to use paring knife. The price is right, and the multiple color options is a major convenience in a larger kitchen. People are always reaching for this knife.

I just love the bright green color to remind me to pick up my green cutting mat and only use this for vegan dishes when I work with my colleagues who are concerned about cross-contamination when I prepare vegan options for snack trays.

This is one of the best knives that I have ever owned. I can use it to cut just about anything. It is sharp after 3 years of use and it is pretty much the only knife that I use!

Love these little knives! All the Victorinox knives are winners, and these are staples for me. They fit nicely in my hand, can be used for a variety of peeling and cutting tasks, hold their blade sharpness well, and wash beautifully both by hand and in the (residential) dishwasher. I have a large collection, and love them all.

I love the color choices. I also love the quality of them. They work horses and great for the price point. I keep two in my knife roll and have about 4 backups just in case I lose them (I work in catering and sometimes things get misplaced in the chaos).

I really like this knife. It is easy to sharpen and the resin handle makes it easy to disinfect. At the end of the day I toss it in a bucket of bleach water and let it soak for a half an hour before I run it through the dishwasher. After 2 years it still looks like it did when it came out of the box Five stars

i love this victorinox paring knife! i can not have enough of these! the knife is so light and at the same time so sharp!

I own so many of these paring knife in different colors in the kitchen. In fact, I have removed most of my other paring knife from the drawers.

I'm a convert. I used to use German paring knives, but this knife fits my hand so well I'm switching over. Dishwasher safe, and inexpensive makes this knife hard to beat. This knife comes sharp and it is easily maintained. I also like the color coded handles for quickly grabbing the knife I want.

Victorinox knives are some of my favorites and this one is no exception. Arrived super sharp. The handle is comfortable and ergonomic. Easily cuts through things like fruits and vegetables with no problem. I've had mine for awhile now and it still looks new, so I definitely recommend it.

After two years I still have this knife. Works great and certainly of good quality. Would definitely purchase again although it won't be anytime soon.

A+ paring knife. Very light and compact! We have a bunch of these displayed behind our counter on a magnetic knife rack. The pop of color is awesome!

Love this knife! Holds is edge and stays sharp even with daily use. All of the cooler choices for handle works out well for keeping food items separate in prep area. The texture grip is great even with wet hands

I love the color choices of this paring knife by Victorinox. The colors are bright and make it hard for the knife to be misplaced. This orange handled knife is my favorite. The blade comes sharp right out of the package and can be used all the time without having to be sharpened.

We use these knives in the bar to cut up our garnishes. The handle is a decent size even for a person with large hands & the blade is fairly rigid to cut through citrus. Overall, nice.

This is a really decent pairing knife they're good for using at the front of the bar to cut up citrus and also worked really nice for peeling vegetables or fruit

A knife that does many jobs for us. This yellow paring knife can cut through things like fruits and vegetables. If you take care of it, the stainless steel blade with last a very long time.

I own both the yellow and the pink Victorinox paring knives. It is extremely sharp out of the package and I don't recall having to sharpen it once. The bright color makes it very easy to spot if misplaced. I would recommend it!

This little green knife is my all time favorite! I hide it from my employees, cause I use it for everything! It stays sharp, I use it for cutting, smoothing tricky spots on cakes, tracing patterns on cakes... The list goes on!

Great knife and good to have the bright green color so it doesn't get lost in silverware or left on counters- it's easy to see and find so there's less danger of leaving it somewhere. These little knives cut so easily and smoothly and sharply that there's no comparison for tough veggies and fruits. They also work to peel oranges.

Im happy to use my colourful knives. Its much more enjoyable then wooden knives. It has a good price in webstaurantstore and its also good quality

These are my favorite paring knives. They're super sharp on arrival and stay sharp. Easy to clean. And they come in fun colors. I have almost every color, and will buy more of these in the future when I need to.

This paring knife is lightweight and has a sharp point. Perfect for preparing berries or lighter tasks, but for harder foods I prefer a sturdier knife.

I was surprised at how nice this knife was and how well it holds an edge. I bought one of these in the 4 inch size and in the 3 and 1/4 size. Both perform very well, and are a pleasure to use for different tasks.

This knife was very sharp out of the box, and continues to be very sharp after many uses (I am a home user and I've owned this knife for 6 months at the time this review was written. I use this knife a few times a week). At this price, I'll add another to my next order "just in case" I need to replace it.

I was visiting Switzerland and found this great knife. I only bought one to take it home and try it out. I love it! It is extremely sharp, easy to grip and cuts wonderfully. I love the color. It fits in my drawer, not too large and does the job perfectly. I plan on buying a few more to give out as gifts and an extra for a backup. I bought other expensive knives but they don't cut as ease as this inexpensive one. I highly recommend it.

Yellow is our kitchen's color for poultry products, and this knife is great for trimming chicken. Nice size and sharpness of blade, good handle, and good metal.
