Amazing quality for such a low-cost knife. I use it for cutting fruit, slicing through chicken joints, and, in a pinch, slashing bread dough. It’s versatile and a staple in my kitchen

This knife is a true kitchen workhorse and unbeatable in value. Comes sharp right out of the packaging and keeps an edge longer than many budget pairing knifes.

Love, love these sharp little guys. Thin and flexible blade. Affordable enough to have multiples. Mine haven't stained but if they do i feel confident that a little bleach will get them looking great again.

Great paring knife, but I'd go with the large handle version (Victorinox 47508) for most adult hands. I find the small handle makes my hand more likely to slip over the guard and get too close to the blade.

Victorinox blade quality in a 3.25" paring knife. The blade is sharp and cuts well, and the handle is generous and easy to hold on to.

This is another great Victorinox knife. I like having a shorter paring knife for smaller fruits and vegetables. This one is great for kiwi, both peeling and slicing. Apples, potatoes, and any other smaller fruit.

This is an excellent knife for everyday use. The blade is very sharp right out of the package and it doesn't need to be sharpened often. It is great for cutting vegetables and peeling potatoes.

$5 dollars won’t you get you much anymore, but it will get you one of the best paring knifes on the market. This knife is no frills, no nonsense, and all business. Extremely sharp and easy to keep sharp. I definitely love these knifes.

Made by the swiss army company! Nice edge and finish and grip handle fairly sharp though not as smooth at cutting as we expected. Works well for apples!

I think that Victorinox makes some of the best knives. They take and hold an edge. The handles fit great in my hand and never pinch. I keep a bunch read to go and at the price I can afford to have a lot of them.

This a beautiful paring knife, I bought it after reading the Serious Eats review from Amazon, but the price is better here. This is the sharpest non-serrated knife I have and gets a good amount of use, but it's still incredibly sharp and has held up even after sharpening it a ton.

Bought the smaller size of this as well. Both are sharp and good for cutting fruits and vegetables. My 11 year old also likes using this knife because it cuts better than some of the other knives we have. Would buy again.

I heard a lot of good things about this knife before I purchased it. I have to say that what I heard was true. This is definitely a paring knife that will more than satisfy you. The blade is really sharp and strong. The handle fits perfectly in my hand. For the price, it is a bargain!

Love it! Great for slicing roma tomatoes and for lemon wedges. It has taken fairly well to our cheap knife sharpener but even so, the price is so cheap that I have no problem buying another 2 in the next couple months. I use this little sucker at least 3 times a day and it's great for cutting out the white sections of peppers and for fine dicing/chopping.

My go to pairing knife. I have to hide my knife from my co-workers if I want to use it. HArd to believe a knife at this price is so good and stays sharp long time too.

This is a very small, lightweight knife, but the blade is very good. I personally prefer the 4" paring knife with the regular handle, but users with small hands may find it to be ideal.

Great Pairing Knife. The Molding on the handle has changed from the old design. Not as thick or easy to grip as the old model but still works great!

This is a classic knife, at a good price, made of good metal with a good handle. I can only recommend these to anyone. They hold up well over time and can be replaced once they break.

This is a lightweight, stamped knife but it's pretty sharp and works well. I think that I would've preferred the version of this knife with the shorter handle but that's a preference thing not a dig against this knife.

Highly rated in one of the magazines, this handy paring knife seems to perform as good as any high priced paring knives would. The packaging on the knife mentions this to be of the fibrox material family. The knife is perfectly sized for everyday use and the large handle fits comfortably in both large and small sized hands. The length of the blade is sufficient for handling any produce. The tip is pretty sharp and makes easy work to remove eyes of potatoes and stalks on apples and pears.

Great paring knife. Holds up to abuse and usage and doesn't dull too quickly. Cheap enough to buy multiple to have on hand, but quality is good enough to last a long enough time. I will be buying again!

This is about the best value for the money that I know of, when it comes to paring knives. We use them extensively for all types of kitchen tasks, as well as butchering game. I don't know if they are truly dishwasher-safe, but we have always put ours in the dishwasher with no obvious ill effects. If you use them on a white plastic cutting board, they will have to be sharpened frequently, but I think this would be true of any knife.

A good little paring knife that's great for getting into tight spaces with. The nylon handle makes this a breeze to clean just run it through the dishwasher and your all set. Also the blade stay quite sharp for a surprisingly long time.

The standard paring knife is one of most important knifes next to the chefs and bread knives. Once again this was a top pick. The standard spear point is great and is the one primarily use. Its razor sharp and holds its edge well.
