Buyer beware. When the unit came, the bolt that houses the temperature controls was missing. No biggie, I replaced it. It also came dented but it’s so heavy - what’s the point on exchanging? I let that go. Now, 6 months after the warranty expired, stopped working completely. I hired a company to repair it and it’s going to cost almost as much as what I paid for the unit, which was much more than what they sell it now. It’s not worth its weight in scrap. Do not buy.

I purchased this item on Placed: 05/15/23. Started using it in July 2023. It is October 2023 and the oven is no longer working. Thankfully the bottom is, otherwise, I would have to shut down my baking business. A claim was submitted and they stated it will take them at least a day or so to get back with me due to be overwhelmed. A total disaster. I will order from this company again. Going into the holiday season, this makes me really nervous.

Didn't even last two years, 1 year 8 months and needs a new igniter. I recommend buying somewhere that has a better warranty, only has a one year warranty.
