The instructions for the water Kpsi hook up isnt very clear however if you get past that, its a decent product. The water steam injection seems to only be on demand. It does shell out a decent cookie

We've had this unit a little over 2 years now. We've had to have a tech out once (covered by warranty) to replace front door. Was able to fix the broken door the second time on our own (no new parts needed). It's moderately even its cooking, but we found it to struggle to bake cookies consistently. For it's price point, I would have expected much better. It IS better than an Avantco (which we've had to replace multiple times over the years). But, I think the lower priced Avantco being replaced every two years is less money than this single unit.
