Reviews for Fetco by Elmeco PEL0301 Triple 3.2 Gallon Frozen Beverage Machine

This unit was a piece of trash from the start, as was the other Elmeco machine we bought at the same time. Within a couple weeks of using it, we were calling tech support for one of the tanks not freezing. Several weeks later, another tank goes down. Another few weeks go by and more problems with tanks not freezing and motor problems. Now plagued with another tank not freezing yet again, I'm stuck buying a tiny part that (of course) isn't covered under warranty and costs $ to ship. Save yourself the headaches and buy another machine. Webstaurant should not even be selling this garbage.

pretty simple machine to put together and install. the only reason it is given four stars s the 2 main issues I have with the machine.. 1. you constantly have to adjust the temp and the slush settings to keep it consistent. 2. when adjusted 2 of the 3 will freeze on the outside but when you change the temp by 1 level it will thin out and not be consistent.. if these issues were fixed it would be 5 star!

One of the best slushy machine we ever use in the store. It work fast. super quite love the led light inside the tank it make it look amazing. love the size of the tanks the shape its really a good machine Worth the money
