So far very impress by this machine. We have it mounted in our food truck. It freezes very quickly even in extreme hot temps we have inside the truck st times. It can freeze a whole 3.2 gallons in 90+ temps in just over a half hour. Easy to clean!

Worked great for 6mo and then started to malfunction. The customer service/ warranty are non-existent. The company they want us to use won't work on it because Fetco will not communicate with them on parts/ etc. We're going to try to pay to have it fixed but if that doe not work it's going to be thrown away.

First time to try it out halfway through the augers were getting hung and stopping. The phone number on the machine nobody will answer or call back. No help with troubleshooting. Not a good product and zero service help.
