All the handles came right off of the mug. The handles detached from the mug, On the whole batch Badly made and Very Dangerous NO GOOD!

We purchased these mugs in October 2019. We had earlier mugs from another manufacturer. These Acopa mugs in 4 plus months have had most of the handles break off and the earlier older mugs have now outlived the Acopa ones. Would not recommend these mugs.

handles fall off and chips through 50% of product we could use from original shipment. 2 months into service and I'm having to replace. Do not recommend this product for any type of volume setting.

Cups look good, but definitely would NOT purchase them again. After a couple weeks the handles have fell off almost all of them. An employee had to get stitches where the handle fell off and the falling cup raked his finger and cut it badly.

Every one of these mugs either Chipped or the handle completely fell off. Not a wise choice for a restaurant.

I use these in a hospitality setting, not for a restaurant. They are just fine for my use case, I'm not replacing them anymore often than I would from more expensive brands. Occasionally when I buy a case 1 or 2 will come broken, but they're packaged pretty well for the most part. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because the handles are a little weak, when they do break it's at the handle. For the price you're paying for them though, they're really good.

Mug is great. 4 were broken at unboxing. 4 handles just snapped off during shipping.

Just what I was looking for the customers! I do vinyl on them for gifts and my customers love them. They are well made and the price is great.

We've been using these mugs for about a month now. Weekly we have to throw a few out due to cracking handles and cracking on the interior. I would not recommend these due to extremely poor quality.

Would not recommend this item. Ordered this item due to the low pricing and in an attempt to stave off visible coffee stains in white cups. The item arrived with only a few casualties, 4 cups were broken on arrival. Many of the cups had inconsistent black coating and had several spots where a layer was missing, looking as though it were chipped. Upon having used the cups for 2 weeks, we have lost about 10 total due to the handles breaking off during light washing. Would not purchase this item again.
