Have had this for 2.5 years. Worked extremely well. Blade stayed sharp, and the adjustment knob stayed working. the only problem i have is that the actual frame started coming loose. Now the blade doesnt lock in like it should. So it is dangerous as well as frustrating when trying to slice. TBF though it lasted a good 2 years

This is much better than any thing else i purchased. This works for all our prep work. We actually had to get a second since everyone wanted to use it.

The blades are razor sharp, and the cuts it makes are very clean. The hand guard is necessary because it is very easy to injure yourself when you are at the end of slicing something.

We love this mandolin! Being able to adjust the thickness of of our slicing and being able to make crinkle cut and waffle cut fries all with just one product! We highly recommend this product!
