Top quality scissors with all the features you'd want. Scissors come apart easily with no tools and there isn't much chance you could accidentally do it while cutting since you have to open it very wide. Little pricy but definitely worth the few extra bucks.

Fantastic! I had a single pair of these, but they kept disappearing, so I bought 3 more pairs and I keep one hidden so only I know where it is. They are very sharp, and even though 3 inches doesn't sound like much, once you realize that's just the blade length from the screw, you will realize it's entirely sufficient. I especially love the herb-stripping at the top. It's so convenient to have a single tool to both cut and snip and strip!
