We have two of these. One we use on a commercial lp range and it works great. the other we used on a residential electric range and it warped pretty fast

Heat-Resistant Handles. NO, NO, NO heat Resistant handles. I burn my finger for truly believe that it was Heat Resistant handles.

This is great product if cleaned properly. I do not have a the space to replace part of my range with a griddle so we have been looking for an alternate and this definitely does the job.

The griddle is sturdy and fits perfectly across two burners. It's great to have the flexibility to change its position as need. And the handles make moving it a synch.

We love this heavy duty griddle! We cook everything from fish, to tortillas on this. Sits perfect right on top of our stove top oven

amazing griddle, have been using it for almost just over 4 years and still going strong. eggs no problem 8 pancakes is a breeze. want to fry bacon well there is room for 2 packs. most important thing to remember this is large and will fit best on a professional stove but also keep in mind the middle will not get as hot. do not wash with soap or scrub since that will rub off all the goodness that makes it non-stick. have recommended this over and over and would buy again in no time.

This griddle fit my old Char-broil BBQ perfectly. I love it. I wish I got one years ago.

I've had my griddle for 5 years or so now, and I never use it because shortly after getting it, it developed a warp and now doesn't sit securely on burners. If you try to slide a spatula under a burger (or anything) the pan starts to spin. Very unsafe, I've come very close to burning myself several times

Thus griddle is super heavy duty abd allows me to cook a wide variety of items on my gas stove top. Whether I'm searing meats, cooking French Toast or frying bacon, this griddle allows me to cook large batches evenly.

This was the greatest quality grill for our glass top stove with the best price and we've shopped throughly. Pretty heavy, cooks wonderful cheese steaks stands up to the chopping. Grilled veggies are seared perfectly we are thrilled. My only wish is that it could have been made with drain holes and still fit glass top stove but I knew what I was buying. All in all, totally worth the purchase and highly recommend you go for it. My husband is ecstatic!

The griddle fits perfectly over 4 burners. We used it for making latkes for Chanukah rather than traditional frying pans. The lip was high enough to hold enough oil. Now The Men's Club is thinking of having a pancake breakfast.

Love it. We use it on a Vulcan range to brown up corn tortillas.

These have so much cooking space for making french toast or pancakes for large groups. The surface is very smooth so food does not stick easily. They are also really easy to clean.

This portable griddle comes in 14" x 23" and is perfect for cooking or Sautéed vegetables over a fire such as a double burner cast-iron Grill or over direct fire on the barbecue

Very happy with this item, only complaints are that surface is a little difficult to maintain and it's a little awkward to store. Durable, good size for a large range without flat top, very pleased.

We use this for busier nights when we run out of flattop room. Much heavier than expected, and holds heat perfectly when used over two burners. Would buy again if ever needed

Very versatile, heavyweight, durable and easy to clean. We use this on our infared grill, glass cook surface and others with no ill effects. Fajitas were never so easy before as the size allows you to heat veggies and meat at the same time.

This griddle is affordable and good for simple cooking tasks! it works well for expanding the space on standard stoves! Easy to keep hot and simmer sauces and boil water with!!!
