The size and shape of these are extremely convenient for us as we have a very small walk-in. However, the kitchen has blasted through so many of these in the first few months of being open. At first I thought they were getting over filled with water before going into the freezer, but they actually just crack so easily on the bottom. Despite following the care instructions the bottom seam cracks without much effort. Not worth it for the price. I would recommend not filling them as full and pray to the ice paddle gods that they will last longer than a couple of weeks.

Used these 3 times, followed the use & care instructions. Went into our freezer last night to discover that one of them leaked all of the water through a small hole on the bottom where the seam is. This could have leaked into our soup & ruined the entire batch.

These do seem to break a little too easily. I highly recommend filling below the recommended line or using ice cubes with water. Ice expands a lot and pushes on the neck and bottom of the container a lot. It’s too easily broken due to that ice expansion. basically aim to fill it a bit below their recommended fill line and it will likely last longer. Definitely don’t try to be at the fill line. Still not a bad product just needs more caution around it.

We use these to cool creamy soups from the line before storing them overnight. The shape works great, since we transfer the soup to a half hotel pan for overnight cooling.
