These items are extremely hard to find in many small stores so I am glad the Webstaurant has them on-line. I especially like the legs underneath there is more than a pencil width of clearance to separate any excess water and/or juices. The Full Size has additional drainage openings.

This is nice to have along with the same size food pan. We actually keep ice in our food pan, and having this at the bottom helps it drain when we have it out during busy times.

I love these things. I use them to allow airflow in order to develop pellicles on pork bellies and shoulders while they are stored in hotel pans.
