I really enjoy the amount of surface area this food pan has to offer but I will be buying a deeper one since it's too shallow for my needs. Even with several pounds of food inside of this pan, there is almost no deformation of the container from its original shape.

This 1/6th size polycarbonate pan is well built and very sturdy. fits in the dishwasher for easy clean up. A very good price as well for these. Shipped very fast and well packaged. Highly recommend this pan.

We use these food pans to store our waffle cones and bowls. They are a good size so that we can stack the bowls and be able to make enough so we don't run out too quickly. As they are clear, customers can also see that we have them in stock without having to ask!

Would give it 10 stars if I could, these pans are wonderful I’ve had some for at least 5 yrs in an extremely busy restaurant and still all of them are fine, I just bought 12 more.
