These pans fit perfectly into our electric steam table. We add water into the bottom of the pan and insert our serving pans with food items. The foods being served have a way better appearance using with steam vs a dry steam table. These pans are easy to put in and take out to clean.
Absolute need it you have a drywell table It was a battle to keep the temperature correct Bought 3 of these and add some water in them Temp stay steady
