I like these pans. They are nice stainless steel, and feel quite sturdy. However, the one improvement I'd like to see is better stacking capabilities with other sizes. I ordered both 1/9 and 1/3 sizes. The 1/3 size takes up three times the surface area of the 1/9, as you might expect, but I can only lay two 1/9 size pans inside this 1/3 size due to the shape of the walls. I really like the 22 gauge steel----you can feel the difference next to 20 gauge steel. The finish is satiny, so no chrome to polish. I find it really convenient that you can cook in these if you need to, so if youre doing a pan of beans or potatoes, no problem, just transfer it directly to your chafer. I might have overestimated the size of these; a 1/3 size pan holds 10 cups/83 oz/2.6 quarts, which means that's about ten 1-cup servings. I initually planned to use my chafer for mashed potatoes and figured a 1/3 size would be enough for a party of 9, just looking at the numbers. Certainly not. I'll need a 1/2 or 2/3, easily, given how shallow the pans are. The three pans I ordered were almost perfect----one of them has a gnarly metal burr on one corner, but other than that, they are of great quality.

These are the perfect 1/6 pans and are great for a home refrigerator. They are high quality, easy to wash and hold up well. They wash easy and they hold products great. This particular SKU, if you have an Instant 4 Qt Vortex Air Fryer, this pan fits perfectly inside it, making it easy to have to not need to clean the air fryer as much. I also believe it helps with heating food as well, along with saving a little space, as you can remove the smaller insert from the air fryer.
