These are a little lighter stainless steel version than others, but work really well for chafing dishes.

This hotel pan was a great size for baking large quantities of flour! Very spacious and a good thickness for the metal while still remaining light.

They are NOT anti-jam. Recv’d them stuck together, customer service via chat suggested trying to get oil between them, we were able to pry 2 apart without damaging.

Very sturdy pan with a nice solid feel. The deeper size is perfect for high-volume holding, and it stacks easily without sticking.

The full size pans are not anti jam as listed. Did receive a prompt refund though.

This brand is a very good brand and it's very affordable compared to other top brands yet it does the same thing and the quality seems to be very good.

I was a bit hesitant to order these but was not disappointed when I received them. the steel is durable and does not flex. The strength and quality of the product is definitely worth your money. Fits perfectly over the ledge in my sink so I can prep and fill at the same time.

We use this Stainless Steel Hotel Pan to slow cook meats. It's very sturdy, no warping at all! It's a great size for whole turkey breasts, whole chickens, and pork butt!

Good quality hotel pan. There isn't much warping and the metal feels sturdy. The fit on stacking is a bit snug and the pans get stuck on occasion.

I use this pan to mix my tuna or salmon with sauces and vegetables then put it in the fridge. In my opinion, this metal pan keeps the cool longer and better than a plastic pan.
