We had nothing but problems with this. We bought to use occasionally as a backup and in one of our slower locations. There were issues with wiring and heating. We were able to return through the manufacturer eventually, but it was quite a hassel.

This thing has powered through over 3000 lattes so far, not a single complaint and I’ll be ordering a second one in the near future. I own a coffee shop and have been using it for 4 months without fail.

This is one of the machines we use at our coffee stand and we love it. It brews really strong espresso and it's never bitter. We have a couple others in our store and this is nice to have right next to the drive thru window for to go orders.

I really tried to love this machine. Coffee is watery and not hot enough.

was excited about this purchase because I am a coffee lover but it was not possible to use it, the coffee was cold, watery, I am trying to return it and they do not solve the problem, they send me to call Washington when I bought it here. After purchasing it I see that other customers have had my problem.

Mannnn what a little money maker! If your not a coffee shop but like to do lattes or cappuccino this is your machine. Would definitely recommend!

This coffee maker has been a great replacement for one we used to have. This is one of the cheapest commercial grade devices we could find. We have had it for about 2 months now with no issues. Love the red color too!

Good machine good for a backup or at home

Purchased this machine 1 month , portfilter slids all the way around to the right touching the side of machine, water pours all around, contacted customer service & was no help! I’m sorry I purchased this machine

this is a powerful machine. but it becomes less efficient after 12 months. so decided to purchase a new one. I am happy with this price

This machine is perfect for a business looking to dip their toe in the espresso game. It's affordable compared to other larger machines, its compact and won't take up space, and it's pour over. All while operating effectively.
