BRAND NEW UNIT HAS ISSUES WITHIN A WEEK... BUNN SENT A TECH AND WITHIN ANOTHER WEEK UNIT DID NOT WANT TO FREEZE. CUSTOMER HAS TO WAIT FOR MORE PARTS APPROVAL FROM BUNN TO GET THE MACHINE WORKED ON. SPENT ALMOST ON THIS UNIT AND NOTHING WORKS. NEITHER WEBSTAURANTSTORE OR BUNN WANTS TO ASSSUME RESPONSIBILITY AND REPLACE THE UNIT. SO YOU BUY AN EXPENSIVE PIECE OF EQUIPMENT TODAY BUT CANT USE IT FOR WEEKS. THIS IS THE ISSUE WHEN BUYING FROM THESE BIG ONLINE COMPANIES...NO SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER. ****DONT BUY****

We have two Bunn machines. The first one was great, so I didn't hesitate to purchase this one. Seemed like a safe decision. I don't know what happened between the two but I'm already trying to get replacement parts. The plastic clips have broke and now the tanks won't stay in place. The Fan has started making an awful sound! I mean it's just in sad shape and I just bought the thing 8 months ago! We have followed the maintenance and care routines to the letter! We are very gentle with it and It never gets moved around or anything! I guess my hopes were too high. Would not recommend!

Such an excellent product. This new model is a huge step up from the Ultra 2. Easier to clean and reassemble, and love the automatic defrost feature. The machine paid for itself in 2 weeks! Would absolutely buy again.
so far no issues we love the fact you can program it to defrost and then turn back on in the morning super easy to set up and easy to take apart to clean and disinfect
So far very good! I even put it to the test in this Ga heat and it performed well. I hope it continues to work well??
