I love my Astra Mega Compact Semi Automatic. I struggled finding the correct machine that is a 110v. This has been great, we put out over 200 drinks a day and it keeps up just fine. I would purchase this again.

I bought this machine for my small cafe as an add on to my art studio. The astra mega 2 110v brings a level of class to my shop. It makes GREAT coffee. Additionally, astra mega has wonderful and fast customer service. I had a loose nut when I first fired it up causing a small leak. I emailed the company the day before thanksgiving and had someone call me within minutes. They walked me through tightening the bolt and fixed the problem. It’s bound to happen when machines bounce around in trucks, no matter how well they are packaged. I’ve had nothing but a good experience with this product and company. Highly recommended!

Nothing but trouble since the first week. Tech support is exhausting, insisting we do our own adjusting and repairs. Regardless of being under warranty, I've had to pay for a technician several times already and it's not even a year old.
