Reviews for Schraf 8" Chef Knife with TPRgrip Handle

It's a decent knife with what we thought was a surprisingly low price-point. However, the short time it took to start developing rust makes it a non-viable or economical knife going forward. We've been happier with the line of Mercer Culinary M22610 knives.

Less than distributor, always in stock better quality!

We weren't very happy with this knife. Out of the box is was noticeably less sharp than any other knife we've ever purchased. Not sure if it was used. Spent some time sharpening it with decent results, unfortunately it doesn't hold its edge very well. Now it just takes up space in our kitchen.

Good knife, needs sharpening over time.

I want to love these since i have pretty bad damage to my knife hand, however the grip gets very slippery when you have gloves. Not a fan of the size of these knives even though i usually like 5-6 inch blades. The handle size doesn't balance well with the blade weight

I usually stick to 6 inches or less with my knives, but this one fits perfectly. It is comfortable to use, made of durable materials and easy to sharpen.

Good knife for the price. The grip handle makes it a comfortable knife for extensive use. The shorter length is great for our staff of all skill levels to use.

This is a very comfortable chef's knife. The balance and weighting makes chopping easy and prevents fatigue. The edge out of the package was razor sharp and ready to go!

This knife is incredible! I always thought my knives were good, until I used this one. It has revolutionized how I cook, having a good sharp knife is key to success in the kitchen. Highly recommend this knife to anyone who needs one!
