Honestly, I don’t care for these scissors much. They certainly work and get the job done, but they catch and rub if you open them too wide, and if you open them wider, they actually come apart. I find this to annoying and they come apart far too often my likings. They were cheap, sharp and they work, but I wouldn’t buy them again.

I really like theses shears. They come apart for easy cleaning and they are really sharp. I was surprised of the good quality of these despite the cheap price. I wish I could find longer shears like these.

I really like these shears. They're plenty sharp and are very useful. I buy multiple pairs when I order them, as I use shears in my kitchen a lot. The only downside to these is they don't last as long as the top of the line shears, but the price point makes them worth buying. I have one really nice pair of poultry shears I keep just for cutting chicken, and similar items, and I use these shears for everyday purposes.
