These are nice strong containers that I thought would be a good size for storing homemade veggie stock in the freezer. They have tight, leakproof seals. Unfortunately, the lids are so tight that I struggle to get them on, so I find myself using the 1 qt size more often because the lids are easier to get on the containers.

Soooo many uses! Bulk spices stay fresh because of airtight seal. I reorganized my small pantry completely with Cambro. Webstaurant's prices made it affordable. I had purchased both of the very same 4 Qt. and 2 Qt. storage containers locally. I have stored all types of foods with red sauces and gravy and was very impression when the red sauce washed off with hot water and soap. The was no reddish color or odor left behind.
