Throughout the years, I have bought these Cambro pans on a regular basis for their quality, however the ones I just received are a lot thinner and flimsier. When I weighed them in comparison to some older ones that I have, the newer version is about 3 ounces lighter per pan. I put them in use, and they cracked within a few days of normal handling. Cambro's shrinkflation way of dealing with cost is lowering standards. No more Cambro anything if that what it takes. I kid you not, we are in the process of opening a $40 million project (Restaurant, Catering Hall, Cafe, Pastry Shop), and there were hundreds and hundreds of Cambro Items (from shelving to Hot food holding cabinets and proofers, and all in between) that we planed to order, but no more. If they compromised 20% of material in a small container, imagine what else they will do to the rest.

Great quality and perfect fit for the Cambro Cam GoBox! I highly recommend these to pair with the Cambro Cam GoBox but also for regular prepared food use! I would definitely buy again! Only thing to be careful of is that when they are stacked, they get stuck very easily if pressed together too tightly! So be careful when unstacking because it could crack.
