This unit is a total piece of garbage. We opened in late May, and by June, the spray nozzle was already shot. The faucet fully broke by September. We are a small-volume bakery.

the sprayer is bad. it only has 6 holes. you'll end up returning it or drilling more holes yourself. save troubles and get a different one

Absolute piece of garbage, Very flimsy with low water flow. The riser to the hand held spray moves in its socket and the spout in the sink faucet fell out.

It's ok for the price. I would not recommend for a high volume establishment like ours. Does not really stand up to constant usage. I would recommend a heavier duty unit for a mid to high volume establishment. No real support for parts other than to buy a new unit.

Faucet Sprayer head has 4-5 holes, barely usable for anything as it mostly creates a mist rather than spray. The faucet ring, while it looks metal, is only plastic. Poor choice in faucet.

This unit is total garbage! Purchased in March 2020; did not start using it until Oct 2020 due to COVID. I am the only user in a small chocolate confectionary and the sprayer as many other reviews note has already broken down and is completely rusted inside. The fit of the faucet is also horrible be aware you will need to add many layers of the blue plumbers tape as well as the brush on blue plumbers paste to keep it from constantly dripping. I highly recommend buying a different faucet and sprayer. With the amount of poor reviews I would hope that Webstaurant would be more honest and not sell this junk that you;’re going to have to replace after only a few months of use.

This cold water portion of this faucet stopped functioning properly after only a few months worth of use. Our plumber replaced the set screw twice because it kept falling off and restricting cold water flow. Something inside the mechanism continues to make the set screw fall off. This is clearly an inferior faucet and I will never be purchasing this brand again.

FAILED AFTER 8 MONTHS. Do not waste your money. After 8 months of moderate use in our commercial kitchen, the hot water valve started leaking. Called a trusted plumber, they replaced the gasket and tried other solutions and could not fix the leak. We now need to replace the whole faucet. Should have bought a nicer one to begin with. This was a total waste of time and money. STAY AWAY.

Love the pre rinse system! The pressure behind it is great. Very easy to install and makes the clean up so much easier. I am enjoying it!

Water pressure / volume coming out of the sprayer is low / weak. Took the sprayer apart to see if there was something lodged inside but there was nothing. The pressure and volume output is so low that my staff prefer to use a regular old outdoor sprayer connected to a garden hose over this way more expensive sprayer faucet combo. We had a delay in opening our store so of course when we finally start using this sprayer full time we were already outside of the limited 90day warranty offered

The sprayer on this thing is AWFUL to the point it's literally useless. There aren't enough holes so barely any water comes out. The bar is also way too tall. Our health code requires a dry rack above the sink- unless you're 7 ft tall, a dry rack is useless. Had to remove a portion of the bar so it could be used - but again - it's never used because of the sprayer.

I mounted this Pre-Rinse faucet myself above our 3 sink wash station. The accessories all fit together nicely. I used plumbers tape on all the connections and had no leaks. I was able to YouTube the instructions and did the install within 30min. This does not come with instructions. The spray is not as heavy, but it gets the job done. Clean dishes = great product.

The assembly is a great size length wise, however, I did encounter problems with water leaking. Had a plumber come out twice to try to fix the problem and it wasnt able to be resolved.

Do not buy this product. The sprayer is the worse. If all units are the same this should not be sell anymore. Very disappointed with this purchase

total piece of garbage. stated leaking 3 months after install, and webstaurant doesnt carry replacement cartridges.

Put this in about a year and a half ago. Within a few months the sprayer broke. Yesterday the plastic hose broke. There is no way to replace parts as the entire contraption seems to be proprietary. Had to buy a whole new sprayer for about double the price which is what I should have done the first time around.

Garbage. We've had this sprayer for a year and it just sprays out of the sides. Assure doesn't have any replacement parts here on Webstrauntstore, and the inlet is a different size than all the other brands. So now we're stucking ordering an entirely new faucet system.

This pre rinse assembly and add on faucet work very well to clean pots and pans and canning bottles as well as filling buckets or large containers with water.

We purchased this for our prep sink and the sprayer is very strong! I like the little ring that holds the sprayer back when not in use. Our older one on our dishwashing sink has a thing that it snaps into on the back wall and always comes pops out of it...this one stays pulled back when you don't need it.

Absolutely junk. The sprayer does not work and nozzle falls off. Did not last a day. Stay away from the product and this Site because they will not honor anything and you get stuck with junk and end up buying another one elsewhere. Waste of time and money.

This made a nice, new addition in our remodeled kitchen. The sprayer works great! Also, this unit has great pressure

The wall mount is alright for the price. The water pressure out of the hose is very low, which I already sort of expected. But then the threads on the faucet wore down 7 months in, 1 month after the warranty. And the screw part can not be replaced easily and the whole swing spout has to be replaced for this issue, which is unfortunate due to buying the pre-rinse assembly with the faucet add-on was extra.

I purchased two of these faucets for use in my ice cream shop and within four months both of them malfunctioned and the faucets stopped working. Even before they malfunctioned the sprayer had very little water pressure and only a few small homes that the water came out of. Both faucets had the hot/col water knobs stop workin... and one of our faucets isn't used that much. I would recommend going with a more expensive brand that is known for commercial application, otherwise you may find yourself not being able to turn on the hot water or even get your dishes clean with the sprayer if it hasn't broken yet.

This was a bummer buy. The faucets/handles worked good, but the sprayer had like 3 holes for the water to come out and just did not do the job.

Do not buy this sprayer. The rubber sprayer head blew out after seven months, and it is shooting water sideways across the kitchen. Also, the valves started leaking almost immediately, and I have had to frequently replace the O-rings. It is cheaply made and badly designed. Before you buy anything here, look at the responses to the reviews for this product. See how they cut and pasted a useless response? You won't get any help here.

This faucet does the job it needs to, and with great water pressure at that. Easy to use and install, hooks easily also to ensure quickness in a high volume establishment.

Great sprayer at a great price. It's the perfect size for me 3 compartment sink in my food truck. It's not too large not small and underpowered either. I highly recommend it.

Our plumber installed this wall mount faucet for us and had a small issue but he read the directions and said it was just a little different than the ones he has installed before. Works great. No issues.

Good faucet so far. The upper support comes with drywall anchors but they come out very quickly. If you cant put into a stud you will want to run a board across to support it.

This is a very powerful sprayer! Cleans things off great and super easy to hook up however it has started leaking from the sprayer head. There's not much to it but hoping we don't have to replace it.

Excellent product and the same as description. It is heavy-duty and good for restaurant kitchen. The only problem with this is the low pressure coming from the spray nozzle.

This sprayer was on the lower end price wise but has lasted for 4+ years with very minimal tweaks in repairs. We had to replace a few O-ring seals but that is common with wear and tear. I had my licensed contractor install this for me and a plumber do all the fixes on minor leaks and what not. Easy to clean and all pieces come apart easily for deep cleaning. we run a large bakery and wash A LOT of dishes. This product is worth the money.

We purchased this Pre Rinse Faucet for a large sanitizing sink. The faucet is easy to install. But the spray nozzle falls short. It only has a few holes that the water comes out of. The pressure is good but there is no coverage and it goes everywhere. We ended up switching out the nozzle and are much happier now.

Nice and convenient to have if you plan on washing you own dishes. These also with if you have a dishwasher so you can do some pre rinsing.

This assembly faucet is well made and functions well. It was relatively easy to install and has held up well to constant use in the kitchen.

Kind of a low end wall mount sprayer, but we have had it installed over a year now with no problems. We had the same model at another store and the plastic trigger handle broke after a few months. Would buy this model again. Good deal for the price.

Fairly easy to assemble and install; although installation kit should be included with the faucet rather than purchasing it separately. Faucet handles are very loose, no matter how much you try to tighten it. Both faucet handles will fully open when trying to use low flow. Sprayer nozzle had very low flow; took it apart and found a dead stink bug in it; cleaned it out and worked fine after.
