Seems to hold up to heat up to 550 degrees. Dexterity is somewhat limited, but it is a mitt after all.

This is a really nice quality oven mitt. I have had a hard time trying to find an easy-to-clean oven mitt that will not fall apart after lots of use. this one is very heavy duty and wipes clean very easily. It is quite long and covers your arm about halfway up so it protects you from getting burned. It fits me well but is a little snug around the forearms for the men. I would definitely buy this one again. I thought there were two in the pack but it only came with one so I would just go ahead and order two.
I purchased 2 of these oven mitts for use in my yarn dyeing business about a year and a half ago. I primarily use them to lift steam table pans out of our double boilers. These do an excellent job of blocking any burns from the steam coming up from the double boiler. My only concern is that the inner fabric lining is starting to split out by the finger tips. This may be due to how I have to wedge the glove into position to lift the pans. However I think some stronger stitching would help prevent that. Otherwise, these are great gloves.

This is great! It's very comfortable to wear. It's not too tight and not too loose. I love how long it is since I have a habit of reaching too far into the oven and have burnt my forearm on the oven racks before. It let's hardly any heat through even while holding a pan for a long time. I will be ordering another in my next order so that I can wear one on each arm.
