This vacuum/sealer machine has been working out great took a little learning to get the sealing process down but now we have it down and it works great and worth every dollar we spent.

This VacPack-it vacuum sealer is great! Easy to use and very easy to operate. Does such a great job. Great value for the price. I would highly recommend this sealer.

I agree with the previous review about one being completely on their own. This machine is the most frustrating device we've ever had in our business. It appears well built and has mostly held up (we've had our for over a year) but some of the features (like pulse vacuum) have stopped working. What make this machine frustrating is when you first start using it, it seals each bag flawlessly, maybe 20-30 bags in a row. Then the failures start. The vacuum doesn't remove any air, stop the cycle, flip the bag over, it works. Next bag, no vacuum, flip the bag over, no vacuum, ditch the bag and get a new bag, it works. This product allows a wide range of portioning options. Remember this is commercial equipment. If the user has limited experience with vacuum systems the performance of this equipment may seem to be inadequate. However, this product is very versatile.

The vacuum sealer has terrible instructions and the accessories are not stocked with Webstaurant store. If you know what you are doing then by all means purchase it. If you've never used one before then avoid. There is also no additional information on line for support. You are completely on your own.

This is a very nice unit. The pulse vac option is worth the price. I wish they all had this feature. I will buy this again.

Quiet and easy to use. I do like how quickly it seals the bag shut. However I do not like the fact there is no lock bar when sealing. You have to hold the handle down until the suction takes over. Not sure I agree with the "seal timing" indicator. Not sure what the read out is, but it jumps all over the place. Seems useless.
