brand new out of the box and missing drain pan. water all over the floor. how hard is it to make sure these things work properly?

Surprisingly good results with the avantco refrigeration units. Not complains here.
Description says it holds 9 (1/3 pan) but it actually only holds 8… just got the prep table today.
