We received the freezer and it would heat up not freeze. It was brand new and came right from the box. They wouldn't replace it and instead sent a tech. Still waiting on it to get fixed. It's been over a month.

We have had no functionality issues with this freezer. It is sturdy and has worked flawlessly. Our only problem is that we have had 2 employees injure themselves with serious lacerations removing food from the bottom of the freezer. There is a rail that holds the shelves and the metal at the bottom is EXTREMELY sharp. One required stitches after raking the back of his hand on the metal bar.

Ruaaeceived the unit within 7 days of placing the order which we thought was great. Packaging was 100% undamaged. Unloaded and installed the freezer. Left set 24 hours per installation recommendations before plugging in to allow coolant to settle from shipping. Plug it in and it does not cool (ugh). Contact ReadyKitchenWarranty - Get response the next day. Response indicates 1-2 business days for contractor to respond to them and then 5-7 business days to receive service. A new unit and it's taking up to 10 days to get service? Not real impressed with the quality control on the new unit nor the warranty repair service.

I recently ordered a pair of these freezers. The shipping was prompt, and the freezers were well protected in transport. The manufacturing quality was spotty. One of the freezers was too narrow to fit the shelves properly even after tweeking all the shelf brackets and supports. The other freezer was correct. The difference in width between the freezers was only an 1/8 of an inch per side, but that was enough to make it extremely hard (and in several places, impossible) to slide the shelves in and out. I wound up having to peel off some of the rubber shelf coating to get the shelves to slide properly. In addition, the lock mechanisms needed modification to work. Neither of these problems was a deal-breaker, but I was disappointed in the quality of the manufacturing.

Very disappointed in delivery. I made the delivery time for 4pm and they called around 11am saying they were almost there. They unloaded the freezer in the wrong location and wanted to charge me $ to load it up and move it 40yards. The dispatcher would not return my call only the driver would talk and said he was doing what he was told to do. The freezer also showed up with a few dents.
