I purchased two of these refrigerators and neither of them get below 43 degrees. I had the first one for a year and a half before a health inspector called me out on it. The digital readout says 33F degrees but when you put a thermometer inside the cooler it won't get below 43 degrees. I thought maybe I burned the first one out, so I bought a replacement unit and straight out of the box I had the exact same issue. Stay away from this unit!

Love this fridge!!! I looked everywhere trying to find something compact enough to fit in my coffee trailer And finally came across this gem. Very impressed

Right out of the box the unit's door did not sit square, it will not close properly without hitting the bottom grate you have to manually lift up on the door to close. Also, the spring loaded return does not work , the door doesn't close automatically. I have contacted chat about this, but you refused to repair or replace.

Fridge does not cool properly. The negative reviews are correct. The temperature range is not correct. It will not cool lower than 41. I’m not sure why this fridge is still for sale. And being falsely advertised.

Ordered this item for retail items in our deli, unfortunately the cooler does not stay in the 30s as advertised. I have it set ok 33 which is as low as it goes and it is constantly in the low 40s.

customer service is telling us to donate . and not returning it , its not cooling please dnt buy or else you will b stuck with defective unit .

I got this fridge in 2016 and it has been working nonstop in a food truck and in smoothie shops all day for 5 years. I need some door parts, but otherwise it’s the most impressive equipment I have purchased.

This black swing glass door refrigerator works great in our cafe! We use one for drinks so customers can easily see our options and one for individual meals and salads we sell as well. Great quality!

I ordered this commercial refrigerator for about 2 months ago and it works perfectly! It has display light that you can turn on/off. And of course, it does worth the price of buying it.

This cooler was just what we needed. It shipped in a timely manner and arrived undamaged. The shelves are adjustable and it has different temperature settings. Have had it for several months now without any problems. Also is very quiet when running which is nice since it used in a customer setting. Had the power go out in our building and once restored it didn't take long for the temperature to get back to where it was in the cooler. Would recommend.

I bought 2 on faith and I am so glad that I did. They are smaller but they work perfect in the smaller space that I have. I am able to fit in quite a bit.

I purchased a commercial reach-in refrigerator from WebstaurantStore 6 months ago, and it has been a nightmare from day one. The unit has never been able to hold a safe temperature, constantly staying above 40°F, which has caused me to lose hundreds of dollars in spoiled dairy products. It even completely shut down on me once. When I initially contacted WebstaurantStore, I was assured the equipment came with a 1year warranty and was told to file a claim. However, the warranty department is now denying coverage, claiming that because the refrigerator was installed in a food trailer, the warranty drops to only 30 days even though the trailer is stationary and has never been moved. If commercial equipment cannot handle a stationary food trailer environment without failing immediately due to poor factory quality, it shouldn't be sold as "commercial grade." Extremely disappointed with the lack of support for small business owners. I expected much better customer service and accountability from WebstaurantStore.

For starters, first week I had it. The fridge stopped working. I called in, they gave me another number to call. Where i could fill a claim. I called on a Tuesday. Friday came, I haven't received a phone call or email. So, I called again the following Monday. Still no call or email for repairs or anything. I was able to get it working again on my own. This fridge never reached under 39°. It says, you can set it up to reach 33°. That never happen. I'm very disappointed. Wasted of money. I Wish I could return this fridge. I will never buy a avantco fridge again.

We love this very sturdy and economical way to use in our cafe. The depth is awesome too and 1/3 of what we spendt for our last unit of a different model that got worn out after 3 years.

!!!!!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! The temperature will not go under 44 even when set on lowest setting (33 degrees). The health department did not pass it so now I have to look for another. DO MOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

We bought this to use as our floral display, and it works perfectly! However, when we don’t have flowers in…it works great to store extra milk and dessert items!

I should have read the reviews about the temperature first! Exactly like others said, It will never go below 42F!!! It violates the health inspector's code!!! I bought it 6 months ago for a new store, now we just finish remodeling and start using it. So sad that it passed the return window.

Perfect compact size beverage refrigerator for our front area. Nice, minimal design. The inside light is nice and bright. Chills quickly. Easy to move around when needed.

Set the temp to the lowest setting and it wont drop below low 40's. Unit looks nice just wont get to the required temperature.

This cooler is so nice, and working great, this is the second one that I have bought, they are good price, I will definitely buy more if we need at the new restaurant.

I was worry it was to small but is not i order 2 and they are grate i set them bout one in front the other and looks grate

Is a handy fridge, the fact that have a transparent door and light inside give us comfort and speed while working. Is small so don’t occupy to much space. Until now is working properly ( 2 weeks of use)

I owned cafe. I'm using this refrigerator for milk. I can stock 24 of 1 gallon milks. Working very well and LED light is also very bright. It is small but working very well.

reliable fridge, excellent lighting, and tons of shelf adjustment options. we use it for all of our veggies. its working great for us so far.

THis is a nice fridge for a compact space. It can keep about 4 or 5 cases of drinks. The only down side is the shelves. Have to put something on them when stocking bottles or they will wobble on the wire rack.

This merchandiser is extremely quiet. It is also extremely energy efficient. This refrigerated merchandiser is cheaper than used ones in my town. I added plus member so I could get the free freight. Paid for itself.

This Drink fridge is perfect for small spaces. Its skinny and tall, which is huge ++ for tight spaces. It keeps drinks cool on a hot days and works without issues.

This fridge must be reset to the 4 degree temp range you prefer or it will remain >41 degrees. If you set it lower it will stay compliant. it is a bit noisy when the fan goes on but it's nicely lit and a great narrow size for a slim space.

Absolutely love this unit! Holds temperature as described and looks amazing. Perfect for our plastic bottled cold-pressed juices. We definitely recommend this display refrigerator to anyone looking for a midsized merchandizer.

The refrigerator is a good size. It ha aplenty if storage place and very convenient for the restaurant. The door shuts tight so the cooler can stay at a good temperature.

Perfect appliance! It is not loud, and we can put up to 80 bottles! We use it in out yoga studio. The design is great, it came up in perfect shape, no scratches or anything broken. The temperature range is perfect for our use as well.
