Worst cooler we ever purchased after six months wasn’t cooling it took three weeks for them to get back to us to see WHEN they could come out and take a look at it. I ended up having my refrigeration guy fix it and not wait for them. Terrible to have you wait 3 weeks without a cooler. Yes it voided the warranty but what can you do!

Do not buy this or any Avantco products, their support is atrocious. I purchased in May, had issues with it holding temperature almost immediately. It took over 3 weeks for them to provide a technician to look at it. I informed them from the beginning that I thought the issue was caused by a bad seal, but when the technician finally arrived after multiple calls and email's, he said there was nothing wrong and went on his way. Less than a week later, the unit stopped cooling again. I once again noticed that the seal had popped loose. I called back to the warranty department and was told that gaskets aren't covered under warranty. There staff is not only non-responsive, but condescending and dismissive if you are able to get in touch with someone. If I ran my restaurant the same way, I would be out of business. I am not the kind of person who typically bad mouths a company online, but I have exhausted all other channels and have not had my issue resolved.

I bought two Avantco prep tables, both of them stopped cooling two days apart from each other and 4 months past the warranty expired. I was happy with these coolers but clearly they aren't built to last past their warranty expiration dates. Would absolutely recommend that anybody considering buying these, rethink your choice and choose another product. NOT GOOD.

If you want something that will last 14 months, then this is the fridge for you. They price it right below the good brands, enticing you to think hmm, this is the only one in this price range, ill buy this one. Do not fall for the trap. They know how long their parts last and that is why they only have a 12 month warranty. Webstaurant store should be ashamed to even sell something of such low quality. Just buy a beverage air instead.

Please do not purchase this product!!! Not even a year in, and it stopped cooling overnight. The cost to repair with labor, emergency visit (as it is essential to our business - visit done by a recommended vendor from webstraunt), equates to almost the price and the defective part is not covered under warranty. It's an awful lot of money to see thrown away. The manufacturer truly needs to address the issues with this peice of equipment.

I received this unit in my restaurant today and it does not work. The unit does not power on and my store has been down all day. My old unit has already been sold and picked up earlier in the day and I am now without a cold front and can not run my restaurant. I called webstaurants.com and the warranty number and no one answers the phone. The warranty phone number says 24 hour access, but the answering service says "will call you back". Very disappointed and will definitely seek compensation for damage to my business as well as notify all social media outlets by end of this evening. This should never happen, What a mess. Consultant team is quickly working to mitigate with seller and get store online.

I only use 6 weeks no getting cold ,temperature 60 now,no cold I don’t know what’s wrong,need someone coming fixing ,hope someone can coming fixing

Please don’t make my mistake this unit is not worth it. We change 2 compressor And this unit doesn’t wanna get fixed I give up

DO NOT BUY!!! 8 days after warranty runs out it stopped cooling. Was told sorry we can't help you. We are a small restaurant that barely made it thru the pandemic. Someone should step up and help us. Instead they gave me a list of parts I could buy from them. The total of repairs and parts was going to cost me as much as a new unit. Not made to last. Just throw your money in the garbage instead of buying this product.

The unit is great, however, it takes specific sized pans which I feel is quite inconvenient, hence the 4 stars. It is ultimately my fault for not reading the entire site description regarding this issue. Silly me for assuming that the unit would properly fit the most common brand of food pan in the world. Now we have to reorder all the pans associated with this unit. Also, the lid hinge pin was missing from shipping, which Webstaurant sent out a new one as soon as I mentioned the issue. all good now.

We purchased it in March this year and started using it in mid-April. And we used it for barely two months! The fridge was leaking water for a few days, and now it completely stopped working. It is not getting cold. Right now it is 80+ degrees in the fridge, and we had to throw all the food away which affected our normal business operations! Ridiculous and absurd. I regretted that I did not read reviews beforehand! Do not recommend this product. I submitted a warranty claim, but not sure how long it will take. :(

***BUYER BEWARE*** This unit is junk. I give it ZERO stars but had to check one star. We have only had it for two years and the evaporator coils are leaking which caused the compressor to quit. They did send us a replacement compressor but that does no good without replacing the coils. I paid a lot for this unit and only got two years out of it. I'm angry to say the least. Webstaurant should stop carrying this product!!!

This prep table arrived within the estimate arrival time. Since our store was still under remodeling, we didn't plug it in until last week when we were ready to open business next week.. To our surprise, the temperature went up to high 70 degree F . We reset it according to the instruction but still not working. We filed a warranty claim and within 3 days they arranged a local repair service . It turned out the compressor was bad. They filed a part replacement request and we don't know when we are able to use the prep table for our new business. The manufacturer should had checked everything before they ship it out, how can they ship a bad compressor to customer. We want to return that but we guess that would be a hazard. Do not buy this!! Two months after we received it it started leaking. Its under full warranty at this point, but you don't deal with Avantco, you deal with "Ready Kitchen Warranty" and they dispatched a technician who supposedly fixed it and closed out the claim. It wasn't fixed. So RKW opened a new claim for me and dispatched a different company to fix it. The technician this time seemed pretty knowledgeable but he told me that the unit design is different now, and difficult to fix without getting a bunch of new parts which he says he's been waiting on. Yet when I call RKW, they can't give me status. This has been going on now 3 months and my unit still isn't fixed. I keep calling RKW and getting the runaround. I should have just paid the extra money for a better brand. I've usually had great luck with purchases of Webstaurant over the years. They should stop carrying this crappy product.

I’ve been using this prep table as my main work area out of my food truck for almost 3 years and it’s worked great. I thought is was terrible when I got it because it seamed to not cool the whole fridge area. But once I stopped putting stuff behind the stop at the back of the shelf and left a little room for air movement under the Cambros it never had a problem cooling. Maintenance is pretty simple and if taken care of should be good for years. Pro tip, don’t butt the back up against the wall, use the supplied spacers and give it space to breath, a lot of over temp line fridge issues are due to this.

Junk. Worked - sort of - for 2 years. Warranty on Advantco is dumb. Literally takes weeks to get a warranty tech and go through the process. It's hard to wait several weeks to repair equipment. If you have a short term need then buy Advantco, but don't expect much life out of it. So far in 3 years of a new restaurant, I've had to repair/replace almost all of my original Advantco stuff. Price is great and physical build quality is decent but actual operational parts are cheap and don't last.

We haven't even had it 6 months and it stopped working! The "warranty" is a big run around so far. Do not recommend and will not buy again...

Inside thermostat reads 60 while the outside states 33 degrees!! This obviously is a BIG PROBLEM! Just got this unit brand new!! Looking at the last review and they are having the same issue

Overall a good refrigerator, The sandwich prep area is a bit flimsy. The actual refrigerator area inside is not very deep. I thought it would be able to hold more.

IT WORKED FINE FOR 2 DAYS. NOW, INSIDE TEMPERATURE STAYS AT 65 F - 70 F WHILE THERMOSTAT SETTING AT 33 F. DEFECTIVE ITEM ARRIVED!!!

I PURCHASED THIS LESS THAN A YEAR AGO. THE COOLER WENT OUT. I CALLED A REFRIGERATION COMPANY TO SERVICE IT AND WAS TOLD HE HAS SEEN THINGS LIKE THIS IN A MUCH OLDER COOLER. BUT DEFINITELY NOT IN A NEWER UNIT. DO NOT PURCHASE. IT TOOK WEEKS FOR THE WARRANTY COMPANY TO SEND THEIR OWN TECH. ONLY TO TELL ME THEY WERE ONLY REPLACING PARTS NOT THE UNIT. SO THEIR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT IS NOT GETTING REPLACED. SHAME ON WEBSTRAUNT FOR NOT STANDING BEHIND THE MERCHANDISE.

Holds temperature well. Has started to rust in a few spots where condensation drips off hood. Overall, very satisfied.

I am very happy with the quality of this prep table especially for the price. However, there are two small drawbacks to this item that I wish I would have known before purchasing. 1) The space underneath for storing backup items is limited due to the way the fridge itself is constructed. leaving room for a depth of just 1 Cambro width wise. 2) The bars holding the Cambros in place have too much wiggle room so the bar slides back and forth allowing things to fall through. Very Frustrating!

I like the value of this Avantco APT-71M-HC 71" 3 Door Mega Top Refrigerated Sandwich Prep Table compared to top brands like True Refrigeration or Beverage Air. You need to play around with adapters from other brands and play around with pans so you'll find the perfect fit/set up you need.

NEVER WORKED PROPERLY, NEVER, this is a classic Avantco product, just money for nothing. So if you need a prep table or whatever equipment don't buy Avantco, you will for sure loose time and money. (this is our second avantco product, the other one was out of the kitchen after the first use ..... 15 min)

i bought this product last year and it got broke in 2 months.i called web restaurant and they send a guy.they fixed no problem.but a week ago same problem.im very dissapointed.do not buy this product.

I ordered this prep fridge for my new restaurant. It was delivered secure and quick. It comes securely delivered in a wooden crate to prevent any damages. And after you take it out of the crate it is absolutely beautiful. Thank you Webstaurant!

Nice unite for the price good size cutting board and works well . Only complaint I could have is there really is not a good seal around the top lid

Took a chance on this unit. It was the cheapest I could find. So far it’s been great. Keeps cool, easy to clean and fits our application. The thermostat is on the back so it’s a little inconvenient.

It is hard to decide from the many great products that Webstaurant offers but this sandwich prep table was the one. It has the right amount of compartments and the storage space we needed. We are so ready tu use it!!! We will recommend it!

We have 2 of these-1 on each of our food trucks. We use them for canned soda and sauces on the top. Very happy with them so far-going on over a year. We connect all of our appliances to UPS batteries to protect from electrical issues.

Compressor dead. Purchased warranty with Ready Kitchen. The only thing they are ready to do is delay, delay, delay. Only open Monday -Friday for about 8 hours a day. If you call, you only get message stating -due to high call volume we cannot answer. Do not buy extended warranty through web restaurant store. Garbage.

I am so bummed. Do not buy this product. Like others, I purchased a 2 year warranty. It comes with a one year warranty and the 2 year optional warranty s really then only a year warranty. One month after warranty ended, a mere 2 years after purchasing, a leak occured in the evaporator. Webstaurant then told me yes it is warrantied and sent me to safeguard who then said warranty just expired. Then I went back to Webstaurant to be told oh so sorry you were given the wrong info it did indeed just expire and if it were compressor that is still warrentied but not your. expensive leak. This thing is only 2. years old! Now nervous as I purchased a freezer and ice maker from them with same brand. What a waste of money and resources . I really like the capacity of this unit. The top is gigantic, I would have never thought you could fit so much in this size unit. Durability I can't yet say since I have only had this unit for a few months. I have used Avantco refrigerator units in the past though and have not yet been disappointed. I did purchase the 5 year warranty in case any issues arise. I would recommend it.

This Sandwich prep unit is very nice! The top has much more room than the one I upgraded from! I was not expecting that because the measurements were the same as the old one. This one must be designed much better. The lid is also much roomier and allows proper storage of bottles in the upright position. I am very glad I went with this unit!

The unit was deliver very fast and well packaged with no damage or scratches at all! unit is very well built and get nice and cool in no time. Very easy to used and was able to use own screw to mount on wall so unit will not move in my food truck! very happy with buy!

Love our sandwiche table, really like the temperature display on the unit, however it is located on the back, so if you have it against a wall you will have to pull it out to see the settings

We love our prep table. The delivery was easy and it works great. I just didn't read details to know all the pans weren't included and had to place another order.

the top cooler keeps the temperature right and the prep table its a good quality one it is a white color one and its easy to clean.
