A fair mixer if money is tight, otherwise, buy a more expensive mixer. It arrived damaged. I will say, they were quick to send a replacement. However, it is very obvious this is a lower quality mixer. It cannot handle soft cookie dough or frosting without stalling. I must still use my smaller mixer for that. Not very happy with this mixer. I have a small bakery that is growing. I doubt this mixer will last long. Paying this much money for a cheap mixer is not ideal. Hopefully it holds out until I can purchase a different brand of better quality.

So far, so good! Bought this in October for my cookie shop. Allows me to do 4 batches at a time and really saves me time. Not nearly as loud as my KitchenAid stand mixer, so that is a plus! There have been no issues, just user—forgot to close the guard and spent 15 minutes trying to figure out why it wouldn’t turn on lol! Thinking of buying the 10 Quart too...

This mixer is a good value for a medium sized countertop style mixer. We primarily use it to mix small batches of brioche dough for our hamburger buns. ( approx forty 5in buns per batch ) been going strong for about 6 months no issues. Stainless is quality and does not rust.

Great tool for the price if you are looking for a high yield mixer but can't spend thousands. It can be annoying when trying to scrape the sides of the bowl. The way it is designed its hard to get your hand in there quickly and move onto the next thing. Also a few hidden spots that make it hard to clean. We get annoyed with it but it also works fine for what we need it to do.

Bought this mixer a little over 2 years ago. The first one died within a month of having it. Webstaurant was good about a replacement, quickly. However, the replacement died. This mixer is only used for donut mix. I would not recommend this mixer for any commercial use, if you don't have a backup. I'm very disappointed that I've gone through two of these in 3 years.

Did not last 2 years. Issues started after 1 year. Customer service is a no go! Get something else!

best mixer i have ever owned works great never any problems no mater what i mix would buy it again in a heartbeat.

Great for casual use. It does shake the table its one we had to zip tie them to other items so it would bounce. Great for cookies and anything whipped.
