I can`t believe that something that is sold as a pasta cooker, equal to boiling water and salt, it actually rusted after 2 month of very light use; to the point of becoming a leaking mess, yes the rust perforated the so called stainless steel and make it impossible to use it.

Honestly too small and takes too long. Found it easier to just put a pot on the griddle and boil the water and prep. Also the cleanup it a bit of a hassle compared to the output.

Additionally, if you have hard water this can be harsh on stainless steel and require more care. Finally took it out of the box to use, only one side worked and water wasn’t even hot enough. Wasted my money bc the return window closed. Smh

We have had this unit for exactly 1 year now and we are more than pleased. Not a single issue although we need to replace 2 of our baskets as they are starting to get openings. And that is why I came here as I am looking for replacement baskets. We are a very busy restaurant and these baskets get a great deal of use.
